Dadi is walking when she falls from the stairs, everyone panics so rushes after her but she falls to the end of the stairs and hurts herself, karan and Rishab go to her where Rishab picks her up on his arms taking her to the room, Rakhi asks Sherlin to bring hot water bag, Maira wonders how she could have fallen like this so goes to check where she finds oil on the stairs, she finds the bottle of oil so wonders that Sherlin might be the one.
Sherlin is in her room she thinks of how she could have made such a big mistake because she wanted to take revenge from Rakhi however Dadi got stuck in her trap and fell, she is thinking of how can she take revenge from Rakhi, Maira comes exclaiming that she wanted to hurt Rakhi which makes her wonder if she is working with Preeta, Sherlin explains that she did this to harm Rakhi as she scolded her for just speaking against Preeta, Maira pays no heed exclaiming that she will go and tell everyone that Sherlin was the one who spilled the oil at which Sherlin tries to make her doubtful of her feelings but Maira is still adamant however Sherlin is really clever so says that she has a plan to make sure that Preeta never comes back to the Luthra family however Maira is still adamant to tell everyone.
Rishab brings Dadi into her room, he makes her lie on her bed where they all try to make her feel comfortable, Rishab tries to call a doctor but is not able to as he is not available, Rishab asks if they can call Preeta, Karina is really against the fact that they are calling Preeta to take care of Dadi who is not very optimistic that she will come but Karan is sure that when she will come to know of the fact that Dadi is ill she will come running, Karan calls her.
Preeta is holding her phone, Sarla asks who is on the phone, Preeta explains that it is karan and when she answers he asks her to come to the Luthra house as Dadi needs her help, She agrees but when Preeta asks Sarla she clearly refuses saying that there is no need to go and take care of that family.
Sameer comes and is waiting for Shrishti wondering when she will come, Shrishti arrives and when they are together Shrishti says that Sameer is really a coward, he says that she should not say because he is not a coward, he gets really angry so says that they will go to the market near her house and have ice cream, Shrishti gets really excited and so says that it will be really better now that they will not be sitting in some closed room, Shrishti asks if he has seen what she saw that both Karan and Preeta are starting to like each other once again and there is not enough problem, both of them are really optimistic.
Everyone is really taking care of Dadi, Maira says that she knows a doctor who will take care of Dadi but Karan says that he only trusts Preeta, Maira feels offended at which Rakhi comes to her explaining that there is no need to worry as both her sons do not want to listen to anyone with regards to their grandmother.
Sarla asks why does she want to go to the Luthra house even when she is really clever but she doensot listen to her heart when it comes to the Luthra and doesnot care for her mother who feels really bad when they all hurt her so she will not allow Preeta to go to the Luthra house.
Maira very angrily enters the kitchen she is and at Rakhi for taking Preetas side, she throws the bottles at which point Sherlin enters the kitchen she hands a glass of water so is about to leave, Maria explains that she needs her help, Sherlin says that she will not help her as Maria refused to accept her help but Maira apologizes saying that she needs her help so that she is able to remove Preeta from everyone’s mind.
Preeta explains that she took an oath as a doctor so has to fulfil it as she knows that Dadi needs her care which is why she need to go to the Luthra house, Sarla makes her promise that she will come back as soon as possible and will only go there as a doctor. Preeta ask her to allow Preeta as she took the promise but said nothing, Sarla still remains quiet.
