Kuch Toh Log Kahenge 31st July 2012 Written Update

Part 1

AshNi arrive at the hosp and Nidhi asks Ashu what he has thot about ..aka which dept. he will give her since now wedding work is done as well! Ashu says that since Rangu is on leave, she can handle Admin! Nidhi says that he had promised to let her do something else.. something she wants to do! Ashu says that she can attend all hosp meetings and give suggestions but till Rangu comes she has to handle Admin! Nidhi happily agrees! Nidhi comes to Rangus cabin and finds a huge bundle of unfinished files waiting for her on the table! She is irritated seeing it and rues wishing that those files were infact patients in front of her! She rues that her eyes are tired just seeing the files and that the work is boring! She says if she works two days on these files, she will get glasses! She starts to message Ashu! Ashu checks Nidhis mssg and it reads ..’When he is calling her for the meeting’! Ashu replies ‘When there will be a meeting’! Nidhi pouts! A ward boy carrying some registers comes and sees Nidhi working on the files and says that she has to check the registers as well! Nidhi is appalled and asks if Rangu used to do so much work alone? Ward boy says yes and says Rangu used to finish all work and never keep anything pending! Nidhi thanks the ward boy! Nidhi gets started on her work! There is a knock at Ashus cabin and its the same ward boy..! He asks Ashu to sign some files! The ward boy comments that it seems Ashu has given a lot of work to Nidhi and that she is totally overloaded with all the files! Ashu says that Nidhi is very efficient! He says that once Nidhi gets the hold of the work, she will finish it up in one shot and asks the ward boy to ensure that no one disturbs Nidhi! Ashu asks ward boy to send Jyotika and Tiwari for meeting!

At Rangus home, Anjie sings ‘Raghupati raghav raja raam’ and Rangus parents are super impressed! Anjie is stuck at a para and Rangu diverts all! Rangus father says that they have got a great daughter in law who is not less that Lata Mangeshkar! Anjies dad asks Anjie to sing another Bhajan and Anjie is appalled! Rangu says that they will hear Bhajan next day after the pooja! Rangus dad tells Anjie to do pooja next day and then goes off discussing how to send Sushilas stuff to her! A while later Nidhi comes to Ashu in his cabin and asks when is the meeting? Ashu says its done already! Nidhi says that she was waiting he will call her but he din? She asks why he told her he would call her to the meetings if he din wanna call her? Ashu explains that the ward boy told him that she was burdened under work so he din disturb! Ashu says sorry and says.. he was in a rush to go for a meeting! Nidhi insists to go along but Ashu says its super-specialisation meeting! Nidhi relents and sulks! Ashu gives in and asks her to join in and gives her the case file! Nidhi is delighted!

Ashu arrives at the conference room and greets all the Docs! Ashu introes Nidhi and says that she will attend all important meetings tho she is working in lieu of Rangu at the moment! Ashu asks for recommendations on the case and Doc. Ratan says ‘Surgery is the only option’! Doc. Jagdish says ‘Surgery’ as well .. Ashu agrees! Nidhi suggests to change medication and keep the patient under observation as surgery should be last option and not the only option! Ashu thanks her for the suggestion but rejects it saying it will be too late if they were to keep the patient under observation! Nidhi counters that despite several surgeries in past patient has not recovered! Ashu says he doesnt think Nidhis suggestion will work but he will think about it tho he agrees with Doc. Jagdish and Doc. Ratan! Ashu concludes the meeting and takes off! Nidhi is hurt and self thot that Ashu does not realise that she is hurt but she will prove she is no less than anyone else and not let herself get hurt! Nidhi comes to Rangus cabin and resolves to prove herself as a better Doc!

At Rangus home, Anjie is sulking at the dining table and Rangu asks what is the matter? Anjie says that she does not know how to do pooja and if she fakes she will get caught! Anjie says only way is to ask DB! Rangu is relieved to hear and says that its good as she can learn from DB today as she is going home for Pag-Phere! Anjie says her dad is coming to take her and Solanki comes! All greet Solanki ! Rangus father praises Anjie and so does his mom! He says Anjie sings great Bhajan and Solanki is shocked and asks why she din sing for him? Anjie says that he din ask so! Rangu supports her! Solanki praises his daughter! Rangus mom offers some refreshments but Solanki cites rituals and asks to be excused! Anjie takes the blessings of her in laws and Rangu too and RanJi eyelock! Solanki clears his throat and asks Anjie to come along and then both take off!

Nidhi is busy in her work and clears quite a few of the files! There is a knock at her cabin and asks if he should set the lunch for AshNi? Nidhi say no and that she is busy! She asks him to set the lunch for Ashu! The peon comes to Ashu and asks to set lunch for him? Ashu asks for Nidhi but he says Nidhi asked him to eat alone! Ashu comes to Nidhi and asks her to join him but Nidhi refuses and asks him to eat alone! He says that its not an emergency but Nidhi says its urgency! Ashu praises her deciation and excuses himself but feels a bit upset! He comes to his cabin n tells the peon that he is not hungry!

Part 2

Anjie asks DB to teach her how to do pooja! DB laufs saying that in childhood she used to try teaching Nidhi and Anjie how to do pooja but both used to shirk it and run off! Anjie says that she dinno she would have to do all this after marriage! DB says that pooja cant be done with distress.. but with pure heart and faith! Anjie asks why DB din tell her all this before? DB says when would she tell since Nidhi and Anjie had no time thanks to their pizza parties, discos, movies etc! Anjie says that she wants to learn how to do pooja with full faith! DB smiles happily!

Ashu comes to Rangus cabin and greets Nidhi but Nidhi doesnt look at him and keeps working! Ashu sits in the chair opposite to Nidhi and tells her that he is done for the day and asks her to join him for going home! Nidhi says that a lot of her work is pending n she needs 1 hour more so he can start off for home! Ashu says that its not an emergency and the pending work can be completed next day as well! Nidhi asks Ashu not to worry and says that she will take taxi and come and assures that she will manage! Ashu says he doesnt understand her problem at times! Nidhi says there is no problem and that she is trying to do the work assigned to her with full diligence! Ashu is upset and gets up and leaves!

Part 3

Nidhi finally finishes her work and is happy to see a clear table! She gets up to leave and comes in the alley and finds Ashu waiting for her! She asks Ashu why he din go home? Ashu says that if he had left her there and gone home, he would have missed her at home so it was better to miss her at the hosp.. for even if she wuldn have been in front of him, she would have been near to him! Nidhi takes the lunch box from Ashus hand and asks him to come along! Nidhi asks Ashu what he ate for lunch? Ashu says nothing! Nidhi says that he was free so he could have eaten! Ashu says how could he eat.. since his wife was hungry..! Nidhi self thot that ..’If u love me so much. .why did u ignore my suggestion in the meeting’??

Precap — Ashu asks for a file and Nidhi has been busy on the phone! Nidhi says that she was taking out the file only.. why does he need to get so irritated? Ashu says.. he was asking since one hour.. ! Nidhi says she was not free but working on other things! Ashu fumes!
