Kuch Toh Log Kahenge 29th August 2012 Written Update

Ashu asks Nidhi if she’s coming home and she refuses. Ashu seems sad but doesn’t say anything and walks away. This upsets Nidhi.

CS, DB and Yuvraj welcome Nidhi as she comes home. DB seems very happy to see her but Yuvraj seems to understand something is wrong. CS takes her suitcase inside as Nidhi informs them she’s come to stay here forever. Everyone is shocked to learn that Nidhi has left Ashu’s house. Yuvraj explains to her that such big decisions cannot be taken in such a hurry but Nidhi is adamant not to change her mind and neither is she telling anyone what has happened. She also threatens to leave this house as well if they try to push her too much to mend fences with Ashu.

Meanwhile, Baba is also trying to persuade Ashu to patch up with Nidhi but he is being just as difficult as Nidhi and refuses to beg her to come back. Baba, himself, gives Nidhi a call and talks to her as well but she also refuses to take the first step though she feels guilty about saying no to Baba.

Yuvraj tells DB that they should give both Ashu and Nidhi time to cool down and talk it out peacefully. DB blames this fight on Nidhi’s job as she feels a child strengthens marital relationships. Nidhi comes and asks DB not to interfere in her life if she wants her to live in peace. Yuvraj also requests DB to not say anything in this regard. Baba also gives Yuvraj a call and both the men helplessly discuss their children’s fight. Baba says he has got an idea to make AshNi patch up and Yuvraj and DB agree to help.

Anji visits Nidhi and is visibly upset about whatever’s happened. She wants to stay with Nidhi but the latter makes her go back home to RN. They share an emotional moment before Anji leaves.

Ashu and Nidhi spend a lonely night away from each other.

Baba and Heeramal Kaka enter a sleeping Ashu’s room and try taking his phone. After much difficulty, they manage to get their hands on it and call someone.

At Nidhi’s, Yuvraj and DB do something similar but have to belo even more papad as Nidhi manages to hug DB in her sleep, hence, trapping her. DB sees a missed call and both of them are happy. DB also gives a call back.

In both the houses, Baba, Kaka and Yuvraj, DB place AshNi’s cellphones back in their places.

In the morning, Ashu finds Nidhi’s clothes missing from his wardrobe. As he gets ready, he admits he misses her.
