Nidhi asks mallu who injected on her left hand. Mallu says she doesnt know nidhi checks her pulse mallu says she is fine as she herself is doc.. nidhi asks her to take meds and leaves.

Mallika throws medicines out of window which nidhi sees and is shocked.Nidhi comes out to the garden and sees the thrown meds and also an injection syringe.Nidhi goes to her room and asks if she took meds mallu says yes and nidhi leaves.

Nidhi gets flasback of ashu accusing her of giving overdodage to mallu and baba too questioning her.

Nidhi calls anji and tells about mallu. Anji says this means mallu is fine and she is doing it purposely to separate ashni. Nidhi recalls all acts of mallu and concludes to anji that mallu is faking and fooling everyone.

Anji tells nidhi not to tell Ashu anything but expose mallu in front of all. Nidhi agrees.

Ranga’s parents say that their opinion on sushila was wrong and ask ranga to send back sushila and to bring his girl to meet them. Ranga elated.

He calls anji and gives her this good news.Anji too is elated.

Next day Ashu is giving meds to mallu which she refuses to take immediately while nidhi comes and tells Ashu to give the meds right now or she may forget… mallu tries some pretence while nidhi through ashu forcefully makes her take meds.

Ranga comes with Anji to his home…anji takes their blessing and they are shocked and happy to see she is the same girl they met in temple and liked her. They immediately agree for marriage and asks to meet her parents.

Mallu in her room saying to herself that nidhi might have got doubt but she can never prove that she is faking her illness.

Ashu trying to stand up from his wheelchair. Mallu comes seeing her Nidhi asks Ashu to hold her hands and shoulder and get up. Mallu burning in jealousy while Ashu hugs nidhi when trying to get up.

Mallu unable to see this shouts at nidhi not to force Ashu as he is old and takes time to recover. Nidhi says it depends on willpower. Mallu says she is only intern while nidhi says she is wife of a surgeon and can understand her hubby better than a doc.

Ashu tells mallu and nidhi to stop arguing and that he needs support to stand. Both nidhi and mallu give their hand ashu takes nidhi’s hand and stands up but feels like falling and ends up hugging nidhi. Mallu gives them dagger looks. Nidhi sees this mallu forces ashu to come out of the embrace saying that Ashu is hurting himself.
Nidhi thinks now its confirmed that mallu is faking as she is jealous of ashni together.
