Kuch Toh Log Kahenge 24th September 2012 Written Update

Nidhi blows the candles on the cake and cuts it as everyone sings for her. Just as Ashu is about is about to feed the cake to Nidhi, Anji asks them to dance and Ashu is taken aback but they force him anyway and AshNi dance on ‘Jab koi baat begad jaye’. Everyone is glad seeing them so happy again. They only have eyes for each other and everyone else disappears from their sight. They share how much they missed each other and apologise. Ashu asks Nidhi to come back home and he happily agrees. Everyone around them claps snapping them out of their romance. Anji tells RN that he should learn something.

RN, Solanki, Yuvraj and CS are sitting with Solanki drunk. He talks about missing Anji and Anji comes just then and assures him she’s here. Shyama also comes and sees he is too drunk and decides to take him home. RN raises his voice but it’s a bad idea since Solanki almost strangles him. He begs Anji to come back and Shyama is upset with Yuvraj for letting Solanki drink. Baba and Kaka take a leave from Yuvraj and DB to go and welcome their daughter-in-law after so many days.

Nidhi tells Ashu they should head home and they bid everyone adieu. DB tells them not to fight on the way and everyone is glad to hear that. Ashu and Nidhi leave while Solanki is still crying over his daughter and giving RN a tough time much to everyone else’s amusement.

In the car, AshNi are glowing in love again. Ashu gives Nidhi to do anything she wants for the next 24 hours abd this gets her excited. she starts counting what all she wants to do intimidating Ashu a bit But she says she only wants to go to his house…their house. She wants nothing else. She blissfully rests her head on his shoulder.

They reach home and Ashu wakes her up. Nidhi is slightly disoriented at being woken up suddenly when Ashu gets a call from Baba. They go inside and Baba and Kaka have decorated the house to welcome the couple with all the rituals of a newly-wed despite them not being one. Nidhi apologises to Baba for being rude to him. Baba says they have to start afresh now and asks her to never leave again. Nidhi enters the house like a newly wed. Nidhi apologises to Baba again and he accepts it sportingly.

Ashu and Nidhi enter thei bedroom and Nidhi tells how much she missed this place. In response, Ashu kisses her forhead affectionately and asks her to change. Nidhi is very happy to be back.
Ashu is about to go to bed when Nidhi forces him to stay awake since she wants to talk even at 1am. They share a cute romantic moment. Ashu wants to sleep but Nidhi continues her mumbo-jumbo (seems like she’s really missed him.).

Halfway through the night, Nidhi is still talking non-stop when she notices Ashu is asleep. She kisses his forhead and tells him in his sleep that she really missed him and them and this house. She, too, goes to sleep beside him.

In the morning, Ashu wakes Nidhi up from her deep with breakfast in bed. Nidhi is shocked to see the items which she had mentioned in her banter at night when Ashu was sleeping. Ashu tells her it is a little tough to sleep with his wife chattering non-stop on the side. Nidhi hugs Ashu like a happy bunny.

Ashu and Nidhi enjoy their breakfast where Nidhi praises Ashu’s cooking. Nidhi asks for her birthday gift and he asks her to wait till the evening. But Nidhi wants it right away and is extremely impatient. Ashu gets a call while Nidhi sulks. RN informs him that the CM’s secretary and his son have come and want to talk to only him; it’s quite serious and he is required asap. Ashu is puzzled.

Precap: RN tells Ashu that he tried to find out what the matter is but they didn’t tell him anything.
Later, Ashu calls the entire staff’s meeting and tells them that he is in big trouble.
