Kuch Toh Log Kahenge 16th July 2012 Written Update

The sister is surprised to see Ashu in the maternity ward. Ashu feels he shouldn’t force Nidhi into anything but decides to talk to her once again.

Nidhi asks Baba if she can take tiffin for Ashu to the hospital and take lunch with him, and she can meet everyone as well. She says with Ashu, she is attached to the hospital too. Baba warns that things might not be the same anymore. Nidhi says that is what she wants to see, of Kotnis has changed or not. Baba says Ashu will never change but.

Nidhi’s ex-colleages are very excited to see her but have to rush to work and this makes Nidhi feel a little awkward. She reaches Ashu’s cabin with the tiffin but sees he is not there.

She wanders to the children ward where the nurse is having a tough time with the kid. Nidhi, known to be good with kids, deals with the patient makes him take the injection. The burse thanks her and tells her that even after being away from the hospital for so long she hasn’t changed at all. Nidhi gets thoughtful at this.

In his cabin, Ashu is sitting and thinking happily when Nidhi walks in. He surprised to see Nidhi. She excitedly tells him that she wants to join the hospital again and Ashu seems slightly disappointed with this decision but he gives her the permission. She insists that she wants to join tomorrow itself and Ashu says he’ll try to do something.

Everyone is preparing for Anji’s wedding when DB says she wants Nidhi to have a child now. While Anji feels it’s too early, Shyama thinks it’s the right decision. Anji tells them to leave that decision to Nidhi.

At night, Nidhi tells Ashu to wake her up at 6 o clock because she has a lot of work before going to the hospital. Ashu is surprised to see her this excited. Nidhi asks if he is happy with this decision of hers. Ashu tells her she has full right to take decisions of her life, why would he be unhappy? Nidhi hugs him and says she felt like asking. Ashu says he doesn’t want to force his decision on her, he respects her decision. This makes Nidhi happy.

RN and Anji are talking on the phone and he is telling her some story about his toothpaste. Mr. S peeps in and Anji immediately hides inside the covers pretending to sleep and doesn’t speak till he is out. Then RN’s father catches him talking and is not pleased. RN lies it’s from the hospital He buys it and the couple continue their talk all night long. Mr. S comes and scolds her for talking at 7 in the morning and she again hides in the covers. Anji makes RN realise it’s 7am and he realises he has to rush to the hospital.

Baba finds Nidhi working in the kitchen early in the morning. She gives him breakfast and prepares lunch too. Just then Heermal Kaka also returns and Baba says maybe Kaka also knew Nidhi is joining hospital now. He assures her that he will take care of Baba. Baba tells Nidhi that her mother would’ve been proud of her today. Nidhi promises to fulfil all her dreams.

RN welcomes Nidhi back to Kotnis. She notices he looks tired and he confesses he was talking to Anji all night. Ashu goes for an emergancy and asks Nidhi to wait in the staff room. Nidhi hopes to get duty in the children ward.

Everyone is happy Nidhi has joined again. She meets her colleage and learns that everyone in her batch has got promoted. She feels a little sad when it is mentioned that had she not discontinued, she would’ve also been a doctor but she takes it in the right spirit. Then, she is left alone as her colleague has work.

Ashu wants Nidhi to work under RN.

RN isn’t too sure of this since he feels Nidhi will feel bad. Ashu says Nidhi hasn’t completed her internship and has been away from hospital work for long. So till she gets used to the work culture again, she can’t be given a big responsibility. They are responsible for a lot of lives. RN still suggests to give her some other department rather than admin. Ashu considers this thoughtfully.

Nidhi, who is waiting in the staffroom, gets a call from Anji and she excitedly tells her that she and RN talked all night. At this, Nidhi tells Anji she has joined the hospital and Anji is very happy for her but feels she should’ve waited for her wedding. Nidhi assures her that she will take an off. She tells Anji she hopes to get the children’s ward. A sister comes and says RN is calling her for duty so Nidhi hangs up and leaves.

Nidhi comes to RN’s cabin and he tells her that she has been assigned hospitality and Nidhi is shocked to hear this.

Precap: RN tells Ashu that Nidhi was looking for him and she seemed upset, maybe because he gave her admin’s job.
