Anousya Baa tells Chanchal to see what the girl does once she comes to this house, HemRaj comes to take the blessings of Baa who asks what has he done today due to which Chanchal is so rejoicing, Baa asks HemRaj if Chanchal left then says that what was the need to confirm the relation when he said they donot have the status to join the relation with them. HemRaj explains this is why he invited the uncle of the girl along with Mehul to come and see what are they capable off.

Nandini tells Visakha that she is glad because Naren is also against the dowry just like her and then even her uncle would be glad as he will not have to bow in front of everyone. HemRaj tells Baa to not be worried since they should let everyone think he has agreed since he would see how they all are worth.

Ronaq is telling his father and mother saying that he thought that HemRaj is just strict with everyone but today has realized that HemRaj is a double faced person because he agreed to the desires of his own son, but HemRaj did not hear him when he kept pleading them to marry him to the one he likes, his sister says that Naren took a stand for his own desires but Ronaq just made a scene when Ronaq says that if taking a stand means to leave for America when his sister informs they have to leave everything. In the night HemRaj is reading the book when he notices Chanchal sitting, she is thinking of when Naren said that Nandini is against dowry and he is going to support her, HemRaj asks what is she thinking about, she replies it is nothing but he says humans think of something all the time, even when they are quiet and certainly when they have the expressions Chanchal says he has done a lot of research, she replies she was thinking how did he agree to get Naren and Nandini married.
