Aayush is crying while sitting in his room, he recalls when the Pandit jee mentioned from now one he would be known as Veid dixit Verma, Soha enters the room, seeing him she asks what has happened and why is he sitting, he questions what name she called him, Soha replies Aayush, he says that she knows him with this name and everyone calls him as Aayush but Ishwari aunti forcefully changed his name, Soha sitting beside him asks why did she do it, asking if he did not refuse, she asks him to see what she has brought him for him, she explains that today was the birthday of her teacher so she gave everyone a pastry, he can have her as it would make him feel nice, she asks him to sit, he thanks her exclaiming they can share it, she cuts it in half.

Ishwari coming in explains they are eating pastry together, she asks them to see what she has brought for the both of them, she gives Soha the gift for her and also gives one to Aayush, she corrects it mentioning he is now Veid so they must all get used to calling him as such, Veid however leaves the room in anger, Soha asks why did she change the name when he did not like it, Ishwari sitting exclaims that when they get ill they go to the doctor and get an injection, even if they do not like it so this is why she has changed the name of Aayush because it is a new start, the elders of the house know it better, Soha agrees.

Ishwari is in the Mandir, Dev enters, she brings the Parshad for him regarding the name changing ceremony, she asks if he was able to convince Sonakshi, asking where is she, Dev replies she got mad so refused to come back and has gone to her fathers house, Ishwari assures him that she will come back as now she has three children, he asks why did she do it, Ishwari mentions that when Aayush was born she was not able to fulfil the rituals and just like he is using the legal way to fulfil the rights she is doing it by her own way, he asks where is Aayush, Ishwari correcting him, mentions his name is now Veid.

Sonakshi is sitting at the dinner table, she is asked if she would give this cup to Aayush, Sonakshi says that she will but not right now, Saurabh mentions there is nothing to worry about as this house also belongs to her but she must eat the food which is not prepared in her house, Sonakshi excuses them to make a call, she calls the worker asking if the children have eaten the dinner, she replies they have not but she has placed a big glass of milkshake in the room of Aayush, she knows that Ishwari would make him drink it.

Sonakshi comes back at the table, Bijoy asks why is she not eating because she has to also take care of herself with the children, Sonakshi mentions she would eat when she feels like she explains that Aayush also likes the Non Veg so she will bring him to his house someday, Bijoy says that her mother in law should adopt what others feel like, but for now she can bring him to his house, Saurabh leaves exclaiming they have to bring the children from the party, Bijoy asks what has happened as he knows there is something wrong, Sonakshi asks he knew, Bijoy replies that he is her father so knows when something is wrong.

Ishwari walks into the room of Aayush asking if he would like to have dinner, he repliues he is not hungry so she says that she will leave the plate and he can eat it after he is comfortable, she shows him that it is Pizza which he likes, Aayush corrects her pronunciation so she places both the plates, he asks who the other plate is for, she replies it is for her because she cannot eat until he has had the dinner, he asks what would happen as she has to take the medicine just like his Grandmother, Ishwari explains there is nothing to worry about because she cannot feed herself while he is hungry, Aayush stands up as he is worried, she signals him to come close, he takes a step towards her, she once again calls him near, finally catching him she starts laughing, hugging him tightly.

Sonakshi reveals to Bijoy that Maa has changed the name of Aayush, she did not consult with her or Dev, she had talked with her and asked her to not do it, she even promised Aayush that they will not change his name, she asks how would she face Aayush, Bijoy in anger explains she did not break his trust but it was Ishwari who broke the trust of Aayush and her, he explains she would have to be strong for her son and must take a stand, Sonakshi mentions that she cannot fight alone as she needs the support of Dev but he asked her to calm down and move on, Bijoy asks her to calm down because she needs to find a solution to this problem, they must realize the fact she is not just a wife or a mother but also an individual who has her own mind, she must calm down and let Dev take care of the children.

Sonakshi is sitting when she receives a call from Dev, Sonakshi ends the call while Shub on the other hand asks Dev where is his mother, he once again calls Bijoy, she is tensed, Sonakshi wonders if it might be because of Aayush, she asks him to answer it, Dev asks if he can talk with Sonakshi, she hears the voice of Shub from behind, Dev explains that Shub is really irritated so needs his mother, Bijoy explains that he is also the father so needs to take care of the children while Sonakshi is going to relax.

Dev asks Shub to not be worried because he is with him while his mother is really busy so would not be able to come, he mentions that he will tell a story, Shub asks will it be the same as Maa, Dev replies it is different so there was once a baby elephant in the jungle.

Ishwari sitting with Aayush explains that when Dev was young, his father died so she used to work in three to four different houses, she was not able to earn a lot and when they would sit to eat, Dev would always ask her to let the sisters eat first then she would sit with him to eat, he would first make her eat with his own hands, even if she was not able to quench her hunger is another matter but she was surely able to fulfil her desire, Aayush asks if she is hungry and has not eaten anything, she mentions she is indeed hungry, he makes her eat the pizza, they both feed each other.

Dev is telling Shub the story, Soha comes asking if he has gotten into a fight with Maa, he asks why is she saying this, Soha replies because she is a big girl and Aayush is a big boy but Maa never leaves Shub alone, dev assures her there has not been a fight promising that her mother will come back tomorrow, he asks her to come with him as he will put her in the bed, he hands Shub to the worker before taking Soha.

Bijoy appreciates Sonakshi mentioning this is the way and she should stand firm against her husband and mother in law, she must think how she needs to move ahead.

Precap: Dev calls Sonakshi asking if she is going to come down otherwise, he will come upstairs, she refuses to meet him saying he can do whatever he desires, he accepts so starts knocking on the door, Sonakshi exclaims Dev crosses all limits when he wants something, he is banging on the door when she opens it.
