The Episode starts with Vedvati running out and sees Ravan standing outside her house. She asks him how can he do adharm/wrong thing with her indisguise of her father. Ravan says yes, I have done and asks who will punish him as he is Vidhaata Ravan. Vedvati says you can’t make me scared. Ravan says may be love is hidden behind fear for Vidhaata Ravan. Vedvati tells that she is of Vishnu with her body and soul and not of him. She runs away from there.
Rishi Vashisht starts reading the kundali of Shri Ram and tells that he will be the adarsh for the world. He will be extra ordinary, but will be simple. He will destroy Adharm and will protect Dharm. Ravan looks at Vedvati running and tells that he is not Adharmi. Rishi Vashisht tells that your son will protect women. Vedvati runs and finds Ravan’s manay avatar standing infront of her. She tells Ravan that he can’t get her, never. Rishi Vashisht tells that your son will be called Maryada Puroshottam. Everyone smiles…Shri Ram Ram plays…..Vedvati runs and finds herself reaching the cliff. Ravan comes there and asks her to surrender her to him. Vedvati prays to Vishnu. Rishi Vashisht tells that the sacred letter comes from his kundali is Ra…Dasharath asks what will be his name? Rishi Vashisht asks Dasharath and his wives to name him. Dasharath names him Raja Indra…Rishi Vashisht says ok, good. Kaushalya says his name shall be Rajiv lochan. Rishi Vashisht says ok, both names are good. Maruti nods no. He thinks what is happening, why they are choosing such names. He asks Rishi Vashisht to stop and tells that the world will know him from some other name. Dasharath thinks Maruti has a big contribution in his son’s birth and asks Maruti to suggest name for his son. Maruti smiles. Vedvati tells that her purity will protect her and asks agni dev to protect her respect so that she can kill the evil Ravan. She calls Agni Dev and finds fire around her. Ravan comes near Vedvati and finds fire around her. She challenges Ravan that the power who will kill him is born on the earth and she will become his wife in next birth. She asks Agni dev to accept her and she gets burnt and becomes ashes. Ravan asks what is his name? Maruti tells that his name will be Ram…..Kahat hanuman jai shri ram plays……
Vishnu smiles. Dasharath, Kaushalya and Rishi Vashisht smiles. Maruti says Jai Shri Ram. Dasharath says name is very beautiful, but not looking like a king’s name. Kaikeyi says it is looking like an ordinary name. Maruti tells that Ram is ordinary, and simple, but there can’t be no name than Ram, says he is the creator of this world. Dasharath asks him to tell them about Ram name. Maruti sings bhajan….Mahadev applauds for Maruti’s description of Ram name’s important. Devi Parvati says you said right, today I came to know that all the world is in the Ram, we all are part of Ram’s name. Pandit ji opens the temple door and finds Vishnu’s idol. They think to inform kesari. Maruti tells that he has made a small attempt to describe him. Dasharath likes it. Rishi Vashisht names him Ram. Everyone cheers for Ram. Shri Ram tells Maruti that from today he will be called as Ram. He says whoever calls me with this name. my blessings will be bestowed on them always. Maruti folds his hands and smiles.
Maricha and Subahu come to Ravan. Ravan asks them to tell the meaning of a shlok. Subahu tells the meaning and laughs. Ravan says you all are stupid and tells that illiteracy is a big boon, has found this seeing them. He picks the ashes of Vedvati and tells that she couldn’t understand that death will not come to him. He recalls Vedvati’s challenge and tells Subahu and Maricha that Vedvati shall not take rebirth in this world.
