The Episode starts with Jolly crying looking at Sakshi. Caretaker Arjun gives him injection. Kiran scolds him and asks him to be with Jolly. Sandhya asks Prem not to come to this room again. Prem nods his head. Jolly signs at Sakshi, but nobody can see her. They go out leaving Jolly again. Jolly says she came..Sakshi appears and says I will come daily and give you the pain which you have given me and my family. She hurts him with her evil powers. Jolly falls unconscious. Usha asks everyone to get ready fast and says Sandhya must have reached home by now. She calls Pratibha and her husband. Vinayak says lets go. Everyone stops seeing him. Usha says you will not go, you have killed one grand child, atleast pardon another grand son. Madhuri says Vinayak will go. Usha says he has no relation with Sandhya so
he has no relation with Prem. Madhuri says then I will also not go. Usha says as your wish. Vinayak says I didn’t do anything intentionally. Usha says you was his killer in his last birth and he was your grand son in last birth also.
Sandhya takes Prem to Aastha’s room and says you have a small sister too. She shows him toy car. Prem keeps his evil toy and plays with the toy. He goes near the mirror and gets scared to see himself and sits down. Sandhya makes him see his face and herself.
Caretaker checks Jolly and says his bone is broken. Angad says it was not broken yesterday. Balraj asks him to get his treated done and says it is all karma phal, if he was not mad then he would have been in jail. Jolly says she came. Angad looks on and see. Malini asks him to come and talk to her. Sandhya takes Prem to bathroom and asks him not to be afraid with water. She cleans his hand with body shampoo and water and says it has become clean, now let’s get clean fully. Usha and others come home. Usha asks where is Balraj. Malini tells Angad that Prem bit on Balraj’s hand when he tried to love him and says Sandhya forgets everything seeing him, including Aastha. Angad says she waited for him since 7 years.
Sandhya makes Prem wears clothes and combs his hairs. She gives his doll to him. He touches her face. Malini and Angad come there. Angad gets surprised seeing him. Malini tells Sandhya that Prem can never become your son. She says he is an animal and not human and he will ruin everyone. Sandhya gets upset. Prem gets scared and goes inside the bed. Usha comes to Sandhya and asks why you are not letting me meet Prem. Sandhya tells that Prem is very upset and behaves strangely now. She tells that he did a few mistakes, because of which all family members are against him. She says if he does a mistake then they will throw him out. Usha reminds of Pandit ji’s words and says it is your test of motherly love and asks her not to lose strength. She says Prem will accept you soon. Aastha comes home and asks Ruhi about Prem. Ruhi tries to stop her. She runs from her calling Prem. Angad tells Karthik that he is confused and got stuck. He tells that Sandhya has become blind and tells that something is wrong with this boy. He says how can a boy stay all night with a dead body and don’t shout or make any sound. He says this boy is not normal and asks about kidnappers. Karthik says no. Angad says how can he survive since a baby for 7 years. Karthik says even he doubts. Angad says if the boy hurts my Aastha.
Aastha comes to the room and sees Prem playing with car and it is coming back to him. She gets surprised and asks how are you playing and how it is coming back to you. She introduces herself as his little sister. Prem looks at her. Aastha gives him gift and asks him to open. He turns. Aastha says I will show you gift and shows football. She says we will play and asks him to catch. He throws ball and it falls on her nose. She rubs her nose and throws ball at Prem. Prem drops the ball. He sees Sakshi coming there and asks her to go. Aastha thinks he is telling her and says I will not go. Prem picks a water bottle and hits Aastha. Aastha runs out crying. Angad, Sandhya and others come there. Angad asks what happened? Aastha shows the room. Sandhya says I will do your bandage. She takes her to room. She bandages her injury and goes to bring haldi milk. She thinks where is Angad? Malini tells that she had told Angad not to let him here. She says she can’t take any more chances.
Angad comes to Prem’s room and asks why did he hurt Aastha and says she is a little girl. Prem sees Sakshi and gets scared. Angad looks behind, but can’t see her. Sandhya takes him outside. She asks Angad why did he scold him and asks if he don’t regard Prem as his son. Angad says no and says he is neither my son nor yours. Sandhya says he will be fine soon and talks to me now. He asks at what price? He says nobody is important to him than Aastha and says if she gets even a scratch then he will send her to a far away hospital. Aastha asks them not to fight. Angad takes Aastha and asks Sandhya not to lose her for Prem.
Sakshi comes to Prem and asks do you want to stay here? Prem nods his head. She says your happiness is my happiness, but that girl is not your sister, that woman is not your mother and this house is not yours. She asks him to remember this always.
Ruhi comes out of room late in night to get water and hears lullaby. Sakshi is taking Prem in her hands and sings lullaby for him. She thinks Sandhya is singing song. Prem sleeps. Sakshi makes him lie down on bed and covers him with blanket. She says Sandhya, you have brought him home, but you can’t make him your son. She says if you snatch him from me then you, your family and everything will be ruined. Ruhi comes to the dining table and gets water. She finds voice from kitchen and comes there. She sees Sandhya there and tells her that someone was singing lullaby in Prem’s room and I thought it is you. Sandhya is surprised and runs to room. She says there is nobody here. Ruhi says may be my ears heard due to work load. Sandhya asks her to go and sleep. She switches off the lights and comes out of Prem’s room.

A lady wakes up from bed as she gets flashes of Kapil. Sakshi, Pratime etc. She gets up from sleep and makes Sandhya’s sketch. Her mother comes and asks what happened? Rekha says something bad is going to happen somewhere.
At Angad’s house, Sandhya asks Aastha to drink milk fast. Aastha tears papers from the book and gives to Sandhya. Sandhya asks her not to tear paper else it will come out from other side. Aastha gives the list of gifts which she wants and says she wants it for Prem, as nobody celebrated his birthday till now. She says she will give all her toys to him. Sandhya asks if she is not upset with him. Aastha says no. Kiran and Arjun are taking Jolly for Xray when he pushes them and runs to Prem’s room. He locks the door and asks Prem to ask Sakshi to give him forgiveness. Prem gets scared. Jolly apologizes. Kiran tells everyone that Jolly went to Prem’s room. Everyone come running there. Sandhya and Angad ask Jolly to open the door. Sandhya asks him not to do anything to Prem. Sakshi comes to room. Prem hides in cupboard. Sakshi pushes Jolly to the wall and then on ground.
Sandhya asks Angad to do something. Angad tries to break the door. Sakshi looks at the door and comes inside. They see Jolly lying on floor and pleading for forgiveness. Sandhya searches for him and finds him in the cupboard. She says you are feeling cold and takes him in her lap. Prem tries to push her, thinking of Sakshi’s words.
Rekha is making rangoli and makes Prem and Sandhya’s sketch in Prem’s room. She says you need me and I will reach you.
Precap: Sakshi pushes Malini and she falls down from the stairs. Later Malini tells Angad that Sandhya pushed her. Angad says she is stressed, but can’t do this. Malini sticks to her words. Rekha is on road and thinks someone will die at 7:30 pm tonight and thinks to go there and stop the happening.
