The Episode starts with Aastha shouting when the butterfly snatches parathar from her hand. Sandhya, Kartik, Ankit and Akhil come to her. Aastha hugs Sandhya and says someone is under the car. They look under the car and see a boy. The boy crawls and comes out. Sandhya sees him. He roars at her. Sandhya calls him Prem. Angad comes to know that Sandhya didn’t attend the meeting and says I will find out where is she? Sandhya calls Angad and says we got our Prem. Angad gets teary eyes and happy. He comes to Police station with Shobha and asks about Inspector Kartik and his wife finding a boy. The Other inspector tells Angad that they took the boy to counseller. The counseller asks Prem to come down. He comes out crawling from the bed and climbs and sits on the rack. Angad comes there. Sandhya says we got
our prem. Doctor says this boy is not normal and lived alone in jungle since his birth and he is not habitual to stay with humans. She says whoever had kidnapped him, have left him here. Sandhya says he was not with his mother and says she will treat him with love. The counseller tells that they will do his physical and mental development. Angad says I agree with you. Sandhya says I will take him home, I will not leave him even for a second. Counseller says we can’t handover him right now, will do some tests and then decide. Karthik says your and boy’s blood tests will be done and you can get his custody once it matches. Angad asks her to listen to Doctor. Aastha tells Kartik that she wants to meet Varun Dhawan. Angad calls everyone at Sandhya’s father house. He says I want to talk to you all about that boy. Usha says it is the result of Sandhya’s prayers. Malini says we don’t know if he is our Prem or not? Usha says he will be fine if stays with us. Balraj says we shall bring him home. Angad says we will do what is right for everyone.
The boy is sitting under the bed. The watchman comes there and asks him to have food. The boy crawls and comes out, but the man teases him and moves the food plate. He says your name can be just one, jaanwar. The boy gets angry and roars at him. The watchman behaves badly with him. The boy goes to the doll and calls Maa. Sakshi comes there, holds his neck and twists it. She kills him.
Angad asks where is Sandhya? Malini says she didn’t come? Sandhya checks her sonography and blood test report and says we will get some proofs. Angad says let everything shall be proved first. Sandhya says I gave him birth and knows that he is my son. Angad asks her to understand that the boy is not normal and asks her to understand. Jolly is tied in the room and shouts. Kiran asks Servant to go home. He goes inside and gives him injection. Angad says we already have so many problems, and you want to bring another problem. Sandhya says he is my son, I yearned for him since 7 years and you are calling him problem. She says she will make the boy fine and will give love to him which Sakshi wanted to give. The counseller/doctor comes to the room and finds the watchman Keshav’s dead body when the other watchman calls her. She thinks he might have slipped and died. Sandhya comes there and don’t see the dead body. The other watchman scolds Prem and asks who killed Keshav. Prem says Maa. The watchman asks him to say and scolds him. Sandhya comes there and scolds the watchman. Prem holds her legs being afraid. She hugs him and he calls her Maa. Sandhya gives him chocolate.
Prem takes the chocolate and sees Sakshi. She nods no. He keeps the chocolate and goes inside. He says no Maa, go. Sandhya comes to the doctor and complains to her about her staff behavior. She says she will talk with her staff. Sandhya says she saw fear on Prem’s face. Doctor assures her that he will be fine and says there is good news for you, your and boy’s DNA report is positive. Sandhya overhears watchman telling about the dead body of Keshav in Prem’s room all night. She comes to the doctor and confronts her. She blames her to scare her son and letting the dead body there all night. She says she will take his son. Doctor says she wants Police permission. Sandhya says she will bring the permission. She sees Prem keeping his hand on the glass piece and goes. Angad calls Sandhya. Sandhya says she is going to Police station to get Prem home and asks him to come. Angad asks Shobha to handle the meeting. Prem takes the chocolate and is about to eat. Sakshi comes there and says you want to call that woman as mother? She asks what she will do? He says saza..She punishes him. Watchman comes inside seeing the black smoke, but couldn’t see anything.
Sandhya comes to Police station and asks Karthik to give her permission to take Prem home. Karthik says he wants proofs. Sandhya shows DNA report. Angad comes there. Sandhya tells him that Prem was with the dead body all night when the watchman died. She asks him to ask Karthik to give permission. Angad tells her that he will think of something and of a place where they can keep him. Sandhya says he was not with any human till now and says he will become normal when people are around her. Doctor tries to treat Prem, but he bites her hand. Sandhya and Angad come there and see the boy biting Doctor. Sandhya asks Doctor who has beaten him. Doctor says he might be injured himself. Sandhya asks her to tell who has brutally beaten him. Doctor says she doesn’t know. Karthik scolds the Doctor and says this is lawfully wrong. Sandhya tells Angad that his condition will become more worst and they will take him home. Angad tells Doctor that even he feels that this place is not safe and says they will take him home.
Sandhya comes to the boy and says she will take him home, where he will forget all his pain. She asks if you will come with me to our home. He asks ghar.
Balraj calls Aastha. Malini asks him to check the time. She says she is in school. He says he is still young and can make grand son and daughter sit on his back. Angad and Sandhya come home. Sandhya smiles and tells that they brought Prem with them. Balraj gets happy seeing him and says he was talking about him just now. Prem bites Balraj badly. Malini asks from where did you bring this junglee? Sandhya says I will teach him everything and says sorry. Balraj asks her not to be sorry. Prem crawls and go upstairs. Sandhya looks for him. Prem comes to Jolly’s room and comes near his him. Jolly wakes up and holds Prem’s leg, even though he is tied. Sandhya searches and calls him. She collides with Kiran and asks did you see prem? Kiran says no and takes Ruhi with her. Prem tries to go, but Jolly is holding his leg. Sakshi appears there. Jolly gets shocked and shouts. The chain breaks. Sakshi smiles seeing Jolly screaming. Sandhya thinks if Prem went to his room. She goes there and sees Prem. Jolly sees Sakshi and says she has come? Angad says nobody is there?
Precap: Malini tells Angad that the boy can’t stay here and says if he hurts Aastha. Aastha shouts and gets injury on her forehead. Malini gets worried and says she can’t keep the trouble at home. Sandhya hears her. She asks Angad if he don’t regard Prem as his son. Angad says nothing is important to him than Aastha. Sandhya hugs Prem.
