Scene 1
Abhi’s lawyer Mehra says Rishi accused Tanu of cheating him and taking his property, and he also said that his father provoked her for it. Rishi says yes. Mehra says one side your father cheated her and otherside you and Naitra cheated with her. Rishi says Raj asked Tanu to take property from me and later Naitra cheated and took property from her and when I got to know about it, Tanu already left, she thought that me and Naitra cheated and took property from her. Mehra says this is not true, truth is that Naitra praised you but what happened to your greatness that night? the night when you and Naitra were in your wife’s room together and crossed all limits. Tanu recalls seeing rishi in bed with Naitra. Rishi says what rubbish are you saying? Tanu how can you even think that?
how can he put such blame on me? how can someone think so cheap, me and Naitra in your name? I am not that person who can even think about that cheap act. He says Tanu please say something, I always loved you and only you, I never thought about anyone, you know it and you think that I was with Naitra? I cant believe it, you put such blame on me for Natasha? you did my character assassination? I am humiliated, you didnt think how I will feel? say something Tanuja! Abhi says talk to her with respect, Rishi says dont come inbetween, Abhi says talk with respect.. judge ask them to be silent.
Manpreet asks Raj what Rishi is talking with lawyer? Lawyer asks Rishi if what Mehra accused him of, if thats true then he should have told him first, I would have defense argument, Rishi says you know me, they are saying rubbish, you think I would stoop that low? its bullshit, enough, he leaves.
Naitra is out of court and thinks if Rishi gets to know about that secret of 7 years back then I will lose everything. She says what will Rishi think of me? that I am a kind of girl who was with him at night? Rishi comes there and says no one will think anything, Naitra gets tensed. Rishi sits beside her and says nothing happened between us so dont think about it, your character was accused because of custody case, I am sorry. Naitra says maybe Tanu had some misunderstanding? maybe she saw us in room together at night, Rishi says then she would have fought with me but she had problem with our engagement, I know her. Naitra says you know lawyers say anything. Rishi says its that Abhi, I am sure he must have asked lawyer to lie and bring wrong information about me, he would have told Tanuja so stay silent for Natasha, mother can do anything for a daughter, Tanu loves her a lot and stayed silent, that lawyer did my character assassination, how can they think about me and you in a room.. I cant believe it.
Tanu says to Abhi that what was the need to point fingers at Rishi’s character. Ahana hears her. Tanu says his past with Naitra has nothing to do with this case, I never brought it back then why did you bring it up publicly and insult him, your lawyer doesnt know Rishi, I know he hurt me but I never wanted to bring it up like this court, please dont make it issue. Rano comes there and sees Ahana hearing her and Abhi’s talk, she takes her away. Tanu says to Abhi that I want my daughter with me in any case but not like this, pointing at characters, I was part of that past, if they question Rishi then they will question me too, think about it. Abhi says its not you but your love talking, Tanu looks away. Abhi says you are not at all like me, you loved just one person, I can see pain of love in your eyes, when Rishi was in witness box, I could feel your pain but we are fighting for Natasha and we have to ignore pain, lawyers do anything to win case, they bring old, new everything in case, we will get hurt too but court doesnt see emotions, if you remain emotional like this then how will we fight case? Lawyer Mehra comes there and says I want to discuss something. Abhi says to Tanu that dont worry.. Tanu looks away from him miffed, Abhi silently leaves. Tanu thinks that I know Rishi cheated me a lot and hurt me but I never wanted Rishi to get insulted like this, never. She starts leaving but Rishi comes there, they look at each other and gets tensed.. Tanu says Rishi… he is hurt and looks away. Rishi turns to leave but Tanu says I am sorry, I didnt know this was going to happen, I dont know how this came up, I didnt know they will.. Rishi thinks that Tanu didnt know Abhi and his lawyer will put blame on my character. Rishi says its not your fault.. lawyers do all this, they go to any extent, its not your mistake, he wipes his tears and says can I say something? she nods. Rishi says first time I am feeling like I will lose everything. Tanu says why did you fight this case? Rishi smiles and says its not about case, what I can see is like I am going to lose everything.. Tanu looks on. Rishi says let me explain, if I win this case then Natasha will live with me and you will hate me for whole life and I will lose you and if you win this case then you will go far away from me with Natasha and I will lose again.. so I am going to lose anyway.. Tanu is hurt and feels bad for him, Rishi silently wipes his tears. He gives her thumbs up, says all the best and turns to leave, Tanu sees his broken state, she is heart broken seeing him like that.. lutna plays as they sadly look at each other. Rishi sadly smiles at her and leaves.
Scene 2
Rano says to Ahana that you are taking Tanu’s side? first you were asking Manpreet to ask Rishi to not fight case and now feeling bad for Tanu? Ahana says you are acting like we dont know Tanuja. Rano says she had our blood with her but didnt tell us for 7 years, first she took all our property and wealth and now she has trapped our blood, she is very clever, she did case on us, you are Bedi daughter in law and nothing to Tanu. Ahana says you know why I am your house? Tanu is Bedi daughter in law too but she is not in house, I am in house not because you want me in house or I get respect much in that house, I have been scolded by you but I answered you back, I fought for my respect and Tanu failed at that, she never answered you back because she loves your family and Rishi a lot, she kept bearing all that silently and she paying for it now, if she fought back then, now she wouldnt need lawyers today. Rano says you are you crossing limits, Beeji says Rano you have crossed all limits.Ahan says you still dont understand, if you were nice to Tanu then Natasha would have been playing in your house and maybe your son was happy too and then you would deserved to be called mom for real, she glares at her and leaves with Beeji. Rano is stunned.
Abhi comes out of court. Manpreet comes to him, Abhi says what chote? Manpreet says you dont know Rishi and Tanu’s past and when you will know it then you will change your path, you are going to lose this, Abhi says are you threatening me? Manpreet says no I am telling you many people came inbetween Rishi and Tanuja but they are too in love, their love story is such that no one come inbetween. Abhi says it was past love story and tell your Rishi that he is going to get shock of his life like he gave one to Tanuja. Manpreet glares at him and leaves.
Rishi is sitting outside court, Manpreet comes to him and asks why he is sitting alone? Rishi looks away. Manpreet says I met Abhi, Rishi says he is mad? why did you meet him? Tanu comes there. Manpreet checks Rishi and says you have high fever? you didnt take medicine? sit here, I will bring medicine. Tanu gets tensed hearing about Rishi’s health, Manpreet goes to bring medicine. Rishi says I should meet lawyer. He turns to leave but Tanu brings medicine and water for him. Tanu says Manpreet said you should sit down so sit down.. Rishi looks on.
PRECAP- Tanu gives medicine to Rishi and says you are ill so take it, you will feel better. Rishi says you are giving medicine today but when I have fever again, will you comeback to give medicine?
