“Karan is like a younger brother to me” – Gautam Rode

Gautam Rode, the host of popular dance reality show Nach Baliye speaks about his experience of anchoring the show and his bonding with co-host Karan Wahi.

The handsome and good looking Gautam Rode who plays Saras in Star Plus’ popular show Saraswatichandra is also a popular anchor with the very popular dance reality show Nach Baliye Season 6 on Star Plus. The on-screen masti done by him with his co-host Karan Wahi who are known as Bade and Chote in the show, makes the show really happening and full of entertainment. We spoke to Gautam to know more about his experience of anchoring the show.

Gautam says, “It’s a lot of fun and masti while hosting the show. Karan is like a younger brother to me and both of us keep doing masti and keep pulling leg not only of each other but of other people too. We share a very good rapport with all the judges but it’s the best with Terrace. We interact a lot with Terrance off-screen too and we have lots of fun with him.”

Speaking about the contestants he added, “It’s a lot of fun with the contestants as well. They all are really good. Some of them are not from the industry and are facing camera for the first time but still doing great.” Talking about the very much appreciated contestant Vinod, he said, “Vinod is truly an inspiration for all of us. The way he takes life is an inspiration for all of us.”

When it comes to acting and anchoring, Gautam finds himself as an actor first as he says, “I am an actor who does anchoring.”
