Kanan Malhotra takes fiancée Ekta Kaul on a ‘romantic leisure’ trip

Kanan Malhotra aka Daljeet and Ekta Kaul aka Saibha of Zee TV’s Rab Se Sohna Isshq, are officially engaged now. However, it was surprising to discover that this couple had never been on a trip together… until last week.

Yes, you heard it right. Though the two are usually around each other on the sets, but it gets difficult for them to plan a trip jointly. But things changed last week.

As per a reliable source, since both had a three day vacation, they planned to go to Lonavala (near Mumbai). There, they had some memorable time together. This was also their first ever non-work related trip to a picnic spot.

When we contacted Kanan, he confirmed the same and said, “Yes, we did go to Lonavala for a day. And it was indeed a welcome change as we hardly get anytime to be together outside the sets.”

When asked as to when was he planning to take this lovely lady out next, he quipped, “I haven’t planned it yet as it simply depends on the number of leaves we get.”
