Manav is wondering why has yatho not replied to the voice message, he explains he is going to fill his life with a lot of happiness so he doesnot have any time for such tensions, Sakshi advises him to call Akanksha as then he would get to know the exact situation. Manav calls Akanksha who wonders who is calling at this time, she seeing Manav’s name answers it talking as if she is ill so he questions what has happened to her, she asks him to not worry about her when Manav requests her to send back yatho by tomorrow evening since they have planned a party. Manav in shock asks if he did not meet her, Akanksha replies she might have been asleep so he would be with his grandmother, Akanksha requests Manav to not make it more difficult for her as she doesnot want to have any relations with them but Manav is still making it difficult for her, she requests him to not let anyone come to her house especially Yatho. Manav apologizes to her when she ends the call, he is not able to understand how can she change so suddenly, Sakshi says she might have gotten a change of heart after the accident.
Yatho is on the sofa with Swati, Akanksha seeing them acts as if she has fallen so both of them rush to help her, she asks what is he doing here when Yatho mentions he wished of meeting his Grandmother so Akanksha questions why would he come to meet her, she asks what have they planned for the wedding of Sakshi and Manav. Yatharth replies nothing has been decided as of now, she exclaims she has best wishes for them, she asks him to go back by tomorrow evening as she doesnot want to create any problems in their lives, Akanksha rushes into the room acting as if she is about to vomit, Swati and Yatho both are tensed. She explains how she thought it was some internal injury because of the accident but is now feeling really tensed so requests her mother to bring the file as it will have the contact number of the doctor, she taking the file thinks that doctors are not ready to lie but Vibhav managed to find this Doctor Chawla. Akanksha contacts him mentioning she is fine but is constantly vomiting and there is also blood coming out of her mouth, Akanksha is shocked hearing the news and so turns to her mother exclaiming she did not tell her anything, she asks for the truth but then doesnot believe her ears. She exclaims he means to say she has stomach cancer, warning him to not talk like this as she is perfectly fine. She asks him to send her reports as soon as possible. Akanksha refuses to believe it exclaiming how can she be suffering from cancer.
Yatho gets a call from Manav but he ends it in tensions, Manav once again tries contacting him and Akanksha is acting as if she is coughing, he says he is going to call him back after a while. Manav exclaims he doesnot feel right as Yatho never talks with him in this manner, Sakshi requests him to calm down as she herself saw he was really happy with his grandmother.
Akanksha after seeing the reports refuses to believe them so starts crying frantically, she secretly is smiling thinking that the fruits are sweeter as she got back her son and even Manav will come to her, Swati comes to Akanksha consoling her when Akanksha exclaims why is Bhagwan doing this to her when she is trying her best to sort out the mistakes. Yatho also starts crying after seeing his mother in such pitiful condition. Swati assures she would not let anything happen to her as she would get her treatment from the best doctor, Akanksha starts smiling.
Manav looking at the photo is wondering why did yatho start insisting all of a sudden, Malti aunti hears him so walking to Sakshi explains both of them are not able to sleep, she mentions yatho went for just one night so why are they not sleeping, Sakshi asks then why is she awake, so Malti replies it is because of some other reason.
Akanksha sitting with her mother questions why did she not tell her about the illness, Swati replies how could she tell her the truth as she is the mother, Akanksha mentions even her son has started to lie as he did not reveal the real reason of coming here, she inquires if he told anyone and asks if Sakshi and Manav know about her illness, yatho nods in disagreement when she explains this is what she wants as they both also deserve a happy life, she says Sakshi is a nice women so would surely keep yatho as her own son, Swati replies she must remain strong because they would fight it together. Akanksha acts as if she is coughing so Yatho comes to help her, she replies that she is fine as he is with her.
Malti aunti mentions she is worried thinking if yatho is emotionally attached to Akanksha, Sakshi replies that she knows his attachment is only because of her accident but she is also a woman and even when she knows Akanksha is not a good mother, she is still a woman who has the right over her son. Malti aunti agrees to try to sleep when Sakshi assures that everything would be fine, she wonders who can she remain calm, Manav texts her asking if she is awake.
Akanksha sitting with Yatho questions why is he talking so nice with her as he even stopped calling her a mother, she believed that he is bad mother. Akanksha rushes into the room closing the door while she thinks her mouth has started to ache after acting like this, she starts playing a video game when Yatho finally calls her as Mumma requesting to open the door.
Manav is really tensed thinking about the incident, he believes that there is something wrong because the police were already waiting for them at the hospital, Sakshi questions what is to think as someone might have called them after witnessing the accident, he informs there was no one at the accident location. He feels this is the plan of Vibhav and Akanksha but Sakshi refuses to believe it is possible. Manav mentions Vibhav signed the papers without any problem and even Akanksha broke all the relations with them, he therefor believes there is something wrong. Sakshi sitting explains that when someone leaves their life, they tend to look at their every step with suspicion so he must learn to give her the benefit of the doubt.
Akanksha opening the door asks what did he say so requests that he should say it once again, yatho assures that he doesnot have any complain from her, Akanksha hugs Yatho.
Precap: Sakshi and Manav are decorating the house when yatho calls from behind, Sakshi rushes to hug him but is shocked seeing Akanksha standing with him, Yatho mentions he did not tell it on the phone but she is going to stay with them for a couple of days, Manav and Sakshi are shocked.
