Manav standing seeks permission to cross examine Ekta jee, the judge allows him hearing which Akanksha and Ekta jee get tensed, Manav walks up to hr asking if she ever went to the house of Vibhav Kapoor, Ekta immediately refuses that she ever went to his house, Manav seeks permission to call one of his witness, to the box when Vibhav asks Meera who is he but she doesnot know when the driver stands Ekta recalls that he is the same driver who took her there. Manav asks if he dropped someone from Municiapl colony to Vijay Nagar, he identifies Ekta as the same women, Manav recalls that when he asked Sakshi if she saw the auto number, she explained that she paid with her mobile.
Meera hearing this tries to raise an objection that she could not have gone to meet Vibhav, when Manav keeps on questioning the driver asking if he recalls the colors of her clothes, he reveals that she was wearing blue color clothes, Ekta exclaims she just went to see the mansion of Vibha Kapoor, Manav asks if she knows about Lal Bagh palace but she replies she did not, he questions if she is not interested in seeing big palaces then why did she go to see the palace of Vibhav by paying 56 rupees, the driver informs she even argued with him for 4 rupees, Meera tries to raise the objection saying there is no point in asking such questions, Manav is allowed to procced when he blames that Ekta was groomed to pass such statement, Meera once again tries to raise the objection but Manav seeks permission to show the photos with her blue colors suit, the judge allows the defense to set any charge against her for giving false statement when Ekta immediately apologizes blaming Akanksha for bribing her, Akanksha asks how did he get the photos when Meera doesnot understand.
Yatharth is getting really tensed and even Sakshi mam is not able to stay calm, Ayesha decides to find out so texts Shenoy sir asking what is going on when he informs her that the party has just started.
Vibhav signals Meera who sees Manav seeking advice from Shenoy sir, she tries to raise an objection saying that Shenoy sir cannot practice law when he clarifies that he is just providing moral support to Manav same as Vibhav Kapoor is doing for her and Miss Akanksha, the judge dismisses her objection. Meera calls the wife of Khushal jee, she asks her if she remember the fight between her husband and Manav, she explains that she indeed got Manav arrested but that was before she knew the entire truth as her husband was the one who got drunk and so hit his head, Meera in frustration questions if she recalls the day when Yatharth broke the window of her house, she explains when the children will play in the ground only then will they break the records, hearing this Manav and Shenoy sir start smiling, Meera says she doesnot have any other questions, Manav asks that she did not ask him for his turn when he comes out so Vibhav questions why did she ask Elena to come as she ruined everything, she recalls how she asked her to come and give the witness in her favor when Elena asked Khushal who asked her to assure Akanksha that she is going to give the statement in her favour.
Manav asks Elena if she knows about Manav Bajpayee who is her neighbor when she jokes that he looks like him, the entire court busts out in laughter. The judge advises her to clearly answer the questions, she apologizes. Manav once again asks what was she telling about the nature of Manav, she explains she has never seen anyone as caring as him, he asks what does she think of Manav as a father, she explains if yatho did not have a father like him then who knows what could have happened, he exclaims they call Yatharth as yatho. Elena explains that had Manav not stayed beside his son, going to that Rawan Vibhav Kapoor just for the sake of money, Meera tries to raise the objection but is sustained, Elena questions what is wrong in calling those who are at fault, she says that Akanksha left the life of both Manav and Yatharth while leaving a tornado, she requests the judge to not give the custody of Yatho to that woman Akanksha, she feels he can take care of Yatharth better then anyone else. Manav asks what does she have to say as he is being blamed for having relations with her, Elena explains she was sent by Bhagwan to take care of yatho in place of Akanksha. Manav requests to call some people who will further shed light in this hearing, he calls the mother of Akanksha, Miss Sakshi, she mentions she has never seen anyone greedier than her because she doesnot care of anyone other then her own dreams, Sakshi leaves. Manav then calls Maya who also comes to stand on the court when Maya also says that Vibhav lied to Akanksha saying that she is a really good actor, Maya reveals that Vibhav gave her money to cast Akanksha the price which she was not worthy off and also hired her in the film when he purposefully changed the hero of the film, Maya further blames that Vibhav did this just so he can ruin a perfect family, Manav thanks her then calls the last witness Akanksha.
Manav questions how she blamed that he is the one who hurt her but can she show the court her injuries when he explains that now he is going to show the real truth behind the video, Manav plays the video in which it can be seen how Vibhav is plotting to convince the court that Manav used to beat her, Manav thinks how Bubblie came to kneel in front of him pleading that he get the bail of Karan, Manav asked her to not behave like this when Yatho also asked what happened to him, she revealed he was arrested for a crime which he did not commit. Bubblie explains she was asking those people who have a lot of money but are not good in their heart, Manav assured that he had already filed for the bail, Shenoy sir then advised him to let her stay in the house of Vibhav Kapoor for some time since when they have to end the Rawan then need someone like her. Meera explains there is no way to authenticate the validity of this video when the judge explains that if she is suspicious then he will provide a copy but for now is considering this as evidence, Manav mentions now he is also going to provide the provide the proof against the video which was shown here, Akanksha standing requests him to not say anything else but the judge asks Manav to complete his statement.
Precap: Meera plays the video of Yatharth in which he is really scared while talking and reveals that Manav spends most of his time with Sakshi mam, she questions how can the court grant the custody to such a person.
