Jyotsna Chandola upset at not getting an opportunity to perform in Colors’ Rang De Colors event

Rang De Colors, the Holi Special on Colors was a star-studded event that brought a smile on everyone’s faces. However, there was someone who was deeply saddened on that day when she was supposed to be engrossed playing with colors. The girl happened to be Jyotsna Chandola who essays the negative lead in Colors’ popular show Sasural Simar Ka (Rashmi Sharma Telefilms).

A little birdie who was present at the event heard the girl whisper out to another actress saying, “I so wanted to perform, but they did not offer me a chance.”

Are you wondering if Jyotsna lost out as the channel usually wants only their lead faces to perform at such functions? Well, this was not the case, at least in Colors’ Rang De Colors as Seema Mishra, who essays the negative lead of Deepali in Madhubala-Ek Ishq Ek Junoon got to shake her leg.

And our source went on to say that, probably this might have irked Jyotsna even more. In fact, she even went on to voice her displeasure to someone at the event saying, “Just because another show is on the top, they took their negative lead.”

To know more, we contacted Jyotsna Chandola who said, “It is not at all true. I would have loved to perform, but I have no qualms whatsoever of not performing at the event.”
