i think jalal gets to know abt rukaiyas fake pregnancy and after that jodha will become pregnant bcoz the bangle which jalal gives to jodha in the promo is the bangle which hamida gave to rukaiya when she acted as pregnant lady. thats why jalal wears that bangle to jodha when she becomes pregnant.
