Scene 1
jalal and jodha comes out to distribute clothes in people, jalal says do you remember once in amer you were distributing like this, jodha recalls and says how do you know, jalal says that day for first time someone placed sword on my neck, you were about to behead me. jodha says circumstances were different then, now its different, jalal says what is changed, what you think about me now, jodha says this is not the place to talk about this, jalal says atleast tell this that if knew that I was same jalal whose head you wanted put in devi’s feet then you would have killed me, jodha says I wish to kill you even now, jalal says what, jodha says yes, every wife think atleast one time in a day to kill her husband, jalal says only one time what about other time of day, jodha says other time she wish to care for him, jalal says like putting medicine on his wounds, waking whole night for his health, making remedy for him. jodha says this is not care but love, jalal smiles at her indirect confession, jodha says some wives 1st give pain to so husband come close then come more close to remove pain, jalal says leave all but tell me what you think about me, jodha diverts and says your dress is loose, give it to tailor, jalal says answer me what you think about me now, jodha says some answers wife doesn’t give, husbands have to find themselves.
Scene 2
they come to jail, they listens to prisoner getting beaten up and screaming, jalal comes there and saves prisoner, its zakira, she says I did mistake to be with Benazir, but I didn’t had any option, I was servant of Benazir and had to follow her rules but now I pray for jalal, I was short by height so nobody use to give me work that’s why I started work with Benazir, jalal scolds soldier and says why were you beating her like this, jodha ask her to get up, zakira says sorry for her doing, jalal says I am freeing you from prison, zakira says I did wrong with you even then you are freeing me, jalal says I also got second chance so I am giving you too, jalal says you got punished for what you did and I listened in amer that handicapped people should not be given punishment, jodha recalls how once jalal’s handicapped companion was caught and she said that this person should not be given punishment as its against their respect and honour, fb ends, jalal repeats her words, jodha is stunned that he was there that time, jalal says god also forgive hi men so am I, you are free, zakira says you are great, I will pray my whole life for your togetherness, you both remain happy, I will keep praying for both of you. she leaves, jodha says today also you got precious gift that prayers of a weak person and I also go this, I am very lucky to listen my husband’s praise infront of me.
SCene 3
jalal sees one mark on wall and says its same like which is on my bangle, bairam khan use to tell me there is some secret way in jail, I hope its same, jodha gets excited and says where it leads? jalal says why should I tell you, did you answer my question so why should I answer you, jalal says khan baba used to tell me that my father use to take this secret basement to hide himself and nobody could find him and there is way that goes to jungle from here, maybe I will get answers of questions seeing this place.
maham comes in jail and says I will not leave him today, jalal and jodha are going in secret way, jalal says I don’t know secret is there in this basement, I am excited to know about my father’s secret place. jodha says but there is wall infront,jalal tries to hit wall with sword, maham is on ther side of and says there is someone on other side. jodha listens to someone screaming in pain, jalal ask what happened, jodha tells him that she listened someone’s scream. jalal looks on.. jalal also listens, they goes to otherside, maham sees them and hides with her secret man, jalal and jodha look around, jalal says there is nothing here, even khan baba didn’t know about it so there must be nothing here, it must be some bat so we should leave else we will get late for celebration, they leaves, maham have sigh of relief.
Scene 4
jodha is getting ready, jalal calls her, she ask moti to give sweets to jalal and I will get ready, she gets ready, jalal comes and says you called me and you are not ready as yet, jodha looks at him and says look at you, how much you are glowing, jalal shows jodha in mirror and says when your wife is so beautiful so you have to look good so that you doesn’t look dull infront of her, jodha says you are weird and your ways of praising is also weird, jalal says if I was not weird then you could have not loved me, jodha gets shy and nods. jalal says I cant believe that one year passed with you and I am happy with you, I want to spend my life with you, jodha puts her hand on his hand and smiles. shehnaz comes there with sweet dish, moti comes there and ask shehnaz to go out, shehnaz ask what is it in bowl, moti says its sweet for jalal, shehnaz says then I will make him eat, moti tries to stop but shehnaz moves forward and deliberately throws sweet dish on jalal”s sandals, jalal gets angry, shehnaz says don’t punish me I am sorry, jalal says jodha I want to talk in private, moti and sehehnaz goes out, jalal says I understand that she is not mad but child, but did you see what she did, I don’t want her to come in celebration, jodha says nothing will happen, jalal says I don’t know but she will not come there, jodha says if you have decided then what I can say, jalal says I will meet you in celebrations and leaves. jodha;s mood gets off.
Scene 5
sharif is doing arrangements and thinks that when you will come in my arms jodha, it hurts me that whom I crave for, I have to do preparations for her marriage anniversary, bakshi ask what are you thinking, he says about marriage, I mean we should celebrate our anniversary like this, bakshi says do whatever you want, she leaves, sharif says I want to leave your hand and grab jodha’s hand. all comes at jashn venue and are happy with arrangements, hamida ask about ruks, salima says she is not feeling well. jalal comes in hall, all greets him, ruks is looking at all this from balcony, jodha comes in hall, jalal keeps looking at her, all greets jodha, jodha sits beside jalal. jalal looks at her and smiles. ruks gets angry in her room and shouts jodha, she says my game is going away from me but I will not sit and see like this, jalal is going away from me, I have to do something, I will not feel good to see jalal heart broken but I have to make jalal mine.
PRECAP- jalal whispers to jodha that we have to talk about child tonight, jodha looks at him and sasy this is why you called me, jalal says its very important matter, jodha angrily looks at him and is about to go but her dupatta get stuck under jalal’s elbow, jalal says look your dupatta is also in mood of naughtiness, jodha is speechless.

And Jo didnt change him for herself,or for him to love her! SHE CHANGED HIM FOR HIMSELF!
she changed him for his awaam…,who always wanted a shahenshah who gave verdict from his heart!
Did she know that he would fall in love with her only when she was waking up his heart? no!
What if he had fallen in love with another woman?what if he had given his heart to someone else? did jo think of any of these while changing him?
If Jo was so eager to change him and love him…,she would have accepted him on that very night,when he came pouring out his heart to her!

2.How selfless my jo was in saving ja-ruq’s relationship, when adham had demanded for their divorce!(Any other begum in her place would have celebrated their separation!)
3.How selfless my jo was in meeting Sujamal again and again for the sake of jalal!(if she had thought of the threaten that this meeting would bring to her relationship with jalal, she would’nt have met him!)
4.how selfless my Jo was in gifting his awaam’s dua on jalal’s birthday, without any EXPECTATIONS from him!

May 22, 16:34This is NOT a normal arranged marriage. It’s polygamy. It’s a forced marriage. It’s a marriage where she is ONE wife amongst thousands. Jodha wants the MAN not the Shahenshah. Regarding change, it’s a marriage involving two DIFFERENT clans, which happened for the first TIME. It takes time to understand. I don’t find it wrong to see that she wanted a man with a HEART. Is it too much to ask for ? Was this her condition? No. It was necessity and more so for Jalal. How can one LOVE without a heart? Some feel it is Jalal’s Love. ? There is never even a possibility of ONE SIDE ‘EPIC’ LOVE, even from Jalal. If it is EPIC, it comes from BOTH sides, otherwise not. Btw, When did Jalal himself understood that he has a heart, I FEEL via Jodha ? As for Jalal changing, Jodha NEVER asked him to change. He understood it himself.
It seems there is a “shikayat” against Jodha. There is a view that Jodha is not suitable and can not replicate the MAGNITUDE of Love which Jalal is capable of showcasing. But, There is NO writing on the wall that both partners take steps EQUALLY / alternately by counting and after impeccable mathematical calculations, one after another.
Quoted this few weeks backs – Love comes to a person at own accord, and the yearning for

What conditions has Jodha PUT to Jalal, for her Love.?. None.
Jalal has HIMSELF understood this. So, How come it became conditional in case of Jodha.?.

When love happens to someone it doesn’t expect the reciprocation and if it get it then that would be great. So there can never be any conditional love that I love you with whole of my heart and so you need to love me in the same way. Love can’t be measured but only felt. A person may be good at expressing and he may express his love beautifully with marvelous words and the girl may be shy and not so outspoken and hence might just might not even reciprocate his love with words. At that moment he can’t declare that she doesn’t love him but will have just watch her eyes, they will speak volumes. He needs to watch her steps, which may have the ridham of her love.
At times even after realizing one loves someone, it is not so easy to accept and express it to the other as there will be hesitation due to circumstances.
For Jalal it was too easy to accept his feelings and convey that to her as just realized it that he feels something special for her which he never felt in his life. As he is the only person (man) in her life. But it was difficult for her to say the same as she was not sure of how her confession will be received by him. She had to assess the circumstances in which he told those words and whether the same will stand for ever as he has many more people in his life and he needs to spare his everything with them as well. So she had to make sure that her expression should not affect his other relations. Just because she doesn’t express herself doesn’t mean she loves him less. If she had loved him less, she would have left him to his fate (even when he was not realized he loves her) and would not have bothered to save his life from Ben as well as the unknown relative who stays in the palace and trying hard to take Jalal’s life. She would not have prepared the medicine and sent it to him at matura. She would not have said I would have died if you were dead.
The love can never be conditional or unconditional. it is just love and its a beautiful feeling felt by heart and soul. It doesn’t change with external influence. It doesn’t diminish as the time passes or with the distance. One doesn’t love based on he gift or status but love due to the peace and happiness the other person’s memory gives you. If you get a smile juts by remembering the other person, then its crystal clear that the other person’s love is immeasurable. Which happens with both Jodha & Jalal when ever they remember the other.

May 22, 16:19previously we saw Jodha saying Jalal is a very good Shehenshah…she alwyas said this and defended him when his awam talked ill of him..and she was the first one to tell him he has a heart and there is a good human being lying inside him..but that lashing out night shattered all her theories she built about Jalal and she went back to square one..this particular tax abolishing decision of Jalal moved her so much that she forgot every bitter past of hers and only remembers his heart, her old theories and this act proved her that whatever she thought of him (having a heart and a wonderful human being) is all true..he is a man with a heart of gold..this act proved it oncee again…she knows this abolishion will cause Mughal Saltanat a huge loss, but Shehenshah did not care, isse zyada nothing could have moved Jodha..iss act ke samne sab kuch pheka padhjata hai..Jodha herself feeling very small in front of Jalal’s mahaan act..hence she immediately admitted her mistake and stubbornness..vapas naa jane ka toh sawal hi nahi uthta! she forgave him long back…just needed a space to heal her heart and a push to start afresh with him…this was the space and the push..note, she asked for time..she never said she won’t go back.

So jodha’s love for jalal is conditional..but my question is..the man jalal at the initial time we saw, was he worthy to get pure love frm anyone who only knew to give ans of blood is only blood, never took decision by cool mind, was just a puppet of maham n ruq’s..now look at this present jalal, how much he is calm n taking his decision frm his heart n mind..if jodha wouldn’t come in his life, did he ever think to come close to his subjects for informing their condition that wl make him not only a gud insaan to his subjects but also a great emperor!? There was very much influence in jalal’s life of jodha to b changed as a person but there was no forced from jodha it was jalal who was automatically converted into a gud person getting a life companion like jodha..

May 22, 16:03Remind you to think back to just married Jodha and Jalal. Jodha told Jalal – she does not want anything from Shehenshah.
Jalal understood very early in the marriage that only the MAN JALAL can win over Jodha not the Shehenshah – his sultanate, his riches, his victories did not mean as much to Jodha as WHO he was.
In fact she hated the cruel heartless Shehenshah.
Jodha also reminded him he had a heart and he will discover it one day.
Jodha did not ask Jalal to change, he wanted to win her over and he started to change unknowingly even to himself.
Everytime Jalal doubted Jodha and after realizing the truth asked for pardon. His apology was always sincere but he went back to doubting her again and again.
Jodha did not love him before so his insults only made her think her view of him was right.
When Jalal slowly won her over and Jodha fell in love with Jalal – that is when his doubting her fidelity – even after she drank poison to save him – cut her to the core. It was not because Jodha did not love him – rather it was because she did love him.
When Jalal said sorry this time – how would Jodha know he would not do this to her again? How many times does she have to prove herself?
It had happened again and again. How can she trust him again – knowing her love for him now gave him power to hurt her in the worst way?
See how lonely he is without his Jodha? In haram filled with thousands! Cos not one of them loves him this much – to be willing to die for him but to fight with him for her self respect and to see him discover his heart not for her, but so that he can be the best Shehenshah for his awam. No wonder he would rather be alone in Jodha’s hojara with her thoughts than be with anybody else.
Jodha’s absence made Jalal see what she brought to his life. The only one who loves him as man not as Shehenshah.
Jalal DID NOT ABOLISH THE TIRTH KAR FOR JODHA. He did it cos he is truly a changed person – who has started looking at things differently with his heart.
Even when MH told Jalal about how Shivani saved him from more hurt Jalal did not understand it fully.
It is only when Jalal thought that Jodha loved someone else – his agony at this suspicion made him realize what kind of life Shivani saved MH from. This is what he remembered MH telling him when he saw Shivani Tej in DEK.
How Shivani gave up everything for her love – that is what made him understand and pardon her.
When Jalal abolished the Tirth Kar he did it as a Shehenshah – to be fair and impartial to all his awam – not just Muslims. Jalal did it cos he understood what it is to get love from his awam.
Jalal no longer only wants to rule over the land – he wants to rule over the hearts of his people.
The very best gift Jodha had given him on his birthday, he cherishes it fully and knows now, how much Jodha loves him to wish this for him always.
Jalal is hearing the voice of his heart and he can do that of others because he has discovered his own heart.
Jodha did not disbelieve his apology – she just did not believe he won’t do this to her again. This time when Jodha sees the changed Jalal – the one who is listening to the voice of his heart how can she not listen to his heart?
Jodha did not decide to come back because Jalal abolished the Tirth Kar – she did it because she has seen the changed listen to his heart Jalal. Now she knows he truly has found his heart and he is listening to it.
Last time Jodha went to Jalal out of compulsion – this time she is going out of her love and when Jalal realizes this, that he has truly won over his Jodha – he will cherish his Jodha even more.

– Memories of Amer and the Ghrina days
– The million dollar question of Jalal … What do you think of me now?
– I loved the cute Jodha response- I feel like killing you at least once a day
– Jalal continued to be persistent: and what about the rest of the time?
– I am glad Jalal brought up the examples of her caring from him … And she finally admitted it was because of prem (has the kartavya word been finally banned? )
– Loved Jodha’s final … Wives won’t say everything, husbands need to understand. Obviously Jalal, if Jodha can’t answer in the prison … What else will it be?

(2) Jalal wins Bada Dilwala award: Not only did they visit the prisoners, but Jalal won the Big Heart honors by saving Zakira from being hurt and releasing her Clap; a few notes on what I liked of this scene:
– Memories of how Jalal was impressed with Jodha when she saved Abdul … Now Jodha knows he remembers every moment together
– In the end Jodha was left impressed with Jalal … For forgiving Zakira and praising her
– This may come back to haunt them (Zakira was more loyal to Abul Mali then Ben) but I was okay with forgiving Zakira: she gave the antidote that ultimately saved Jodha
By the way, I think our Jodi spent most of their day getting blessings from Hamida Bano, prisoners, even Zakira … As they knew they needed it to survive the evil forces. LOL
(3) The treasure hunt: Oh sorry the “gupt marg” walk … Here is what I liked about the scene:
– Jalal remembered something Khan Baba told him, finally (Just kidding)
– Jodha’s child-like excitement on hearing of the gupt marg … And Jalal observing it
– The tit for tat that Jalal would not answer her question on the marg as she would not answer his question Wink
– But in the end, he answered Jodha’s question as always LOL … Giving us a hint, that this marg and potentially the captive is linked to Humayun
Okay … So Maham Anga’s secret didn’t get out … But let’s at least enjoy the jashn. Oh wait, we can never enjoy a jashn LOL
(4) Getting ready for the jashn … Here is what I loved:
– The typical husband -wife component of it: The wife taking too long to get ready
– Jodha praising Jalal directly … On how good he was looking
– Jodha naughtily calling him teda … And loved the way he said that it is because of this tedapan that you love me … Jodha’s blush said it all
– And we all knew what he meant that he wants to share every happiness in life with her only Wink
I also liked how Jalal put his foot down that Shehnaaz will not attend the jashn … But I wonder what Shehnaaz will be up to during the Jashn.
They were looking so good before the crowns … And so happy before the jashn (when will jashns finally be a happy time for us? )
(5) The precap …what was there not to love:
– The famous topic of kids finally arrived … After Salim Chisti kept reminding them LOL
– Jalal in full mischief mood and tone …
– Jodha feigning ignorance and anger … She looked so cute
– Jodha’s duppatta supporting Jalal in his mischief … Jodha, there is no escaping!
Oh yes … There was one thing I didn’t like … The crowns … Couldn’t resist! LOL

May 22, 14:11I loved every scene of Ja & Jo together, Their r at ease in conversation, touching each other, and it’s lovely to see that kind of love blossoming between them. They r cute in trying to hide n get the other speak up , it was very nice to watch that. They recall their before marriage meeting add sweetness to their relationship. How it has develop n now they r husband n wife have same thoughts n feeling. From hatred to friendship and finally love each other.
Ja enter the room n sees her getting ready n compliments her indirectly. It’s like seeing a portrait of Ja n Jo being together in front of the mirror. In the cave Jo should have hold his arm and followed him because it was quite dark ” that would have been good to watch”
I don’t see Jo is angry at the precap, it’s just that she is showing some pretext to hide her feeling on the topic. Ja understood that, because ealier she had said it’s for the husband to understand … so why jump the gun let wait n c how their consummation is going to be. Ja has expressed his feeling of union with her. That was very bold, courageous approach of Ja.
Last bit but not the least they have shown 4 major plotters against Ja & Jo. Wonder who is going to be caught 1st. Ruq is hysterical, Shenaz mad girl n cunning, Sharif fatal attraction n MA wounded n revengeful…………

May 22, 13:52Absolutely didnt like Jo’s reaction when Shehnaaz spilled kheer on Shehenshah, the great King.She didn’t even get angry on her which has to be spontanious. First of all she should have shown some disagreement that she came in when they were having a good romantic moment. She could have apolozized to shehenshah for Shehnaazs inteference. But No , its either her way or highway. She disagrred with Jalal and Jallu agreed because he didnt want arguments again. Jalal is shown weak again.
Had it been Ruks she would have been totally opposite because she cant let go any romantic moments with Ja and second someone messed with her lovers costume.
So CV’s I dont understand where is Jo’s love comming in picture. When you love someone somethings are spontaneous which didnt happen today with Jo.I only see Ja love, no matter what he agrees to his rajvanshi wife. No wonder Ruks is behaving like that.

She blows hot and cold too much. I agree they are just finding their footing in their new love circumstance but Jodha’s the happy angry mood swings is breaking the flow of this romance mennn. You cant be happy for long she is already angry or tense about something. Jodha fans should understand we aint against her. She is portrayed as a fantastic human good for her. We are just saying there is too much monotony favoritism and over perfection in her xter build up which cvs need to address.I go back to the Sujamal issue to say Jalal didnt have to grovel that much cos Jodha was wrong. She knew she omitted the truth yet was furious her husband suspected her honor is he not a human after all? Can Jalal not be allowed to feel hurt and angry at something he does not like? hmmmm…
But then again what can we expect from creatives who have turned Ruks and Shariffs xter topsy turvy for the sake of drama? Nevertheless even for dramatic purposes Jodhas submissiveness towards her husband; her I-am-always-right attitude is really irritating. At the beginning it was ok cos there was need o redress some of the tutoring Jalal had recieved but now….come on jalal aint the same man can you try and change too? See him more as your MAN not your DUTY.
As for Ruks truthfully she is going to far by the day but like i said we women can go crazy when jealous. She never talked love with Jalal who is the only man she has known and therefore can not understand and accept the changes she is seeing cos of ‘love’. All she grew up in was power tussles and the need to help jalal stay the emperor so basically thats all she knows i.e. How to fight for power and Jalal. Having following the only serial seriously, am not going to let any negative characters from JA also bother me anymore because now we know that Jo and Ja have trust and love each other. Like Jo said to Ja, ‘Some things husbands should understand themselves, everything is not said.’ Looking at the pace of Maham, Adham’s anger, Ruks jealousy, Cheapuddins baseless dreams and now even Shehnaaz, I feel from now on the cvs will show how Jo and Ja will fight through all the above negative forces together. Not alone anymore. The worst that could separate them is over (hopefully).
Am sure Ruks will attempt to play her whatever dirty trick to ruin the celebrations and they might drag that for a while, but, in the end, she will be exposed. Shehnaaz on other side, when exposed, Jalal wont be angry on Jodha because he knows that Jodha is compassionate and was only trying to help a girl who was acting as a mad girl in disguise. So there should not be confusion there.
Todays episode was a great treat to have more Jo-Ja scenes where Ja is trying to flirt and tease his wife and in turn Jo enjoying it and also being naughty with him. And even if Ruks plays pregnant Jo will still be happy for her because Jo never cares for positions. She might feel sad that Ja might spend more time with Ruks, but, she is matured and understands that, she in first place never had any insecurities of her postion.
And also want to correct the few who commented here about Jo being jealous when Jalal helps Ruks earlier to her room in previous episodes. Jodha was not jealous because Jalal was taking care of Ruks but rather was wondering why Ruks was not talking to her properly when she was trying to help her sitting next to her on bed. One needs to rewind and watch that series again.
I know have mentioned if few times before…..the first night romance track might be shown on the eve of Jodha Akbar completing its one year on TV which is about June 18th…….till then we might get few sweet scenes between all the vultures trying to break the lovers…

She purposefully creates situation so Ja gets angry at her and then makes him say sorry. Since Ruks is not as smart as Jo all her tricks are failing , but end of the day , if we forget that Jo is the leading char ,they both are same. May 22, 12:39Sorry if my views do not match with others but just drinking poison to save her husband is not love, we have seen how nice person Jo is, she doesn’t get angry or mad on anyone. She always follows rajvanshi rules and duties and she did that as her duty to husband. Even raja bharmal said that. Love is doing something for your loved one which you normally wouldn’t do , for example JA a mogul emperor respecting and following Hindu religion atleast that what they are showing here when takes aarthi and spells gayatri mantra.
Jo made it clear that she now likes JA because he is a changed king , she should have liked JA long time back when he did good things .
Lately they made Ruks char evil, but earlier we have seen how happy she would feel when JA spends time with her, she would decorate room etc, if we forget the fact that she is a negative char we can see her love too. May be she never said just like Jo never said but in first episodes we have seen how much Ruks does to make him happy.
