Jhilmil Sitaaron Ka Aangan Hoga completes 200 episodes

Sahara One’s Jhilmil Sitaaron Ka Aangan Hoga (Rajshri Productions), will complete 200 episodes tomorrow (4 December 2012).

If that is not enough, the show will also mark the entry of Rakshanda Khan as Akash’s (Pankaj Tiwari) sister Kusum on the same day.

As per a reliable source, “There will be cake cutting on the sets, as the production house does not believe in having a grand celebration. They will be keeping it simple.”

When we contacted the star cast of this show, this is what they had to say on the achievement.

“Every single thing about this show is special to me and I am really happy that we initially completed 100 episodes first and now we have reached the 200th. I would want this show to reach greater heights,” said Shriya Jha aka Angana.

Exclaimed an excited Rakesh Paul aka Pratap, “Yipeee! Touchwood! It is fantastic, brilliant and superb. We have managed to reach 200 in a time when shows are seen going off-air in three month’s time. Thus, it’s quite an achievement; but there is long way to go.”

Kamalika Guha Thakur aka Kalyani averred, “I have recently joined the show and am proud to be a part of it. Rajshri being a very good production house, I am getting ample scope to perform. For me, 200 is a good landmark.”
