The Episode starts with Jhanak saying its not a happy birthday, I have no one with me now, like before, I had my mum and friends to celebrate my birthday, thanks, you go to Arshi now. Arshi asks why did Rahul call for Jhanak. Anirudh says her phone was unreachable, I didn’t ask why, I don’t care. Arshi says you don’t handle the calls. He says you or your mum handle the calls now, leave all this, its your special day today. She says okay. Appu asks for cake. Tanuja says give to Appu later, first serve it to everyone. Anirudh feels bad. Appu cries and says I don’t want to have cake now. Anirudh asks Jhanak to give the cake to Appu.
Jhanak says come with me, Appu. Arshi says I will give cake to elders. Jhanak pacifies Appu. Everyone wishes Arshi. Anjana asks where’s Jhanak’s cake. Rumi says I forgot Jhanak. Anirudh offers his plate to Jhanak. Arshi says let it be, you have it, Jhanak can take the leftover cake. Jhanak cries and takes it. Arshi says whoever called you, your friend or BF, explain him not to call Anirudh late night, its bad manners to disturb someone. Jhanak says Anirudh gave his number to Rahul, I didn’t give the number, Anirudh could have disconnected the call if there was such a problem. Arshi scolds her.

Arshi says let her come home, I will ask mom to fix everything, she has no manners to talk. Its morning, Jhanak makes the food. Anjana comes and talks to her. Jhanak says I find you like my mum. Anjana says it will be a problem. Appu likes the food and asks for more. Jhanak says calm down. Appu says its Arshi’s birthday, even then they are doing a lot for her. Tanuja comes and scolds Jhanak. Anirudh goes to Jhanak’s room. He keeps the flowers and cake. Tanuja yells at Appu. She taunts Anjana.
Anjana asks her to calm down. Anirudh comes there and asks what happened, why are you shouting. Appu cries and says I had eaten some food, Tanuja has scolded Jhanak, me and mum. He stops Tanuja. Anjana says leave the food, you won’t eat it. Appu says no. Chotan comes. Anjana says you won’t eat this food. Appu cries. Anjana also cries. Jhanak says you didn’t do this right, Appu is innocent, you are also a mum, what’s wrong if I gave her some food, can’t you see her happiness, what kind of mom are you.
