The episode starts with Saanchi getting angry and throws the cake. Everyone are shocked. Saanchi asks Dhruv, why did you do this? She gets teary eyed and emotional and goes to her room. She cries badly in her room and holds her parents photo. Aaji asks her to calm down and says they didn’t do it to hurt her. Saanchi says, why? Cake for me and that too today.. This celebration for me.. You know naa. She cries continuously. Sunil comes and says sorry for coming late. He asks for Saanchi. Prachi says don’t wish her as she is sad. Today is her birthday and also our parents death anniversary. Sunil asks, it was whose idea. Prachi looks at Dhruv. Saanchi is crying. Aaji says till when you will mourn for the death.

Saanchi says her mourning will never go. She asks, didn’t your mourning left… Aaji says their pain will never go and says you have to cope up. She says we shall remember them in a good memories. She asks her to decide whether to cry or smile thinking about the past memories. Suman Nani consoles the Aaji. Saanchi is getting down the stairs, Sunil sees her and hides his bouquet. Dhruv follows her. Saanchi asks him to leave. Dhruv says no. Saanchi asks, did you got happiness? How can you think of a celebration. Dhruv says because you told me that you will remember their good memories. She asks how can you be so insensitive? Dhruv makes her sit in her car and takes her to the orphanage to show her the life’s reality. Kids welcomes her and says they likes her gift. Dhruv asks the kid, how he came in this ashram. He tells his story and says his parents died in cyclone. Other kid says he don’t know when he came here. Saanchi is crying listening to her sad stories.

Dhruv says you brought gifts and chocolates for them today. They lost their parents and finds the happiness in small gestures. He says, can’t your family thinks about your happiness. Saanchi says these kids didn’t lost their parents on their birthday and they are different. Dhruv says these are courageous kids and asks her, whether her parents wants to see her smiling or to see her crying. Saanchi says she wants to go home. She comes back home with Dhruv. Everyone are tensed. Saanchi asks sunil, when did you come? Sunil says they were just going. Saanchi asks them to wish her on her birthday. Everyone are surprised. Sunil wishes her. Saanchi thanks him. Dhruv smiles. Prachi, nani, aaji and everyone wishes her. Dhruv wishes her too.

Saanchi asks for the cake. Dhruv says it is lying here. Dilshaad brings halwa cake and asks her to cut it. Saanchi cuts the cake while her family sings Happy birthday song. Saanchi gives a cake bite to everyone. Dhruv smiles as Saanchi is offering him cake. He says Happy birthday again. Saanchi thanks him. They gather for a family photo. Sunil says we have to go as we have some work. Dilshaad says she will leave now. Saanchi looks at Dhruv and tells him good night. She looks in the mirror and smiles while the title song plays in the BG. She sees someone beneath the curtains and thinks he is a thief but he is actually Dhruv. She asks him to go. Dhruv says he came to give gift to her.

Dhruv says we have crossed 1st chapter of love and now we have to open the new chapter. Saanchi says but…. Dhruv says, you trust me naa so close your eyes. Saanchi closes her eyes.
