Jalal and Pratap to get into a jousting fight on Sony TV’s Maharana Pratap

The young bloods will soon be seen taking charge as they get into a fight mode in Sony Entertainment Television’s Bharat Ka Veer Putra- Maharana Pratap (Contiloe Telefilms). The young princes Jalal (Vishal Jethwa) and Pratap (Faisal Khan), who will go on to become pioneers for their region and alter history, have finally come face to face with each other and the rise of animosity can be seen very well between them.

In the last few days viewers have seen how the two teenage princes got into a scuffle which made them take up challenge in archery. But seeing that an animal’s (deer) life was at stake, Pratap had backed out of the competition and that has led to an undercurrent of hatred between them.

And now Jalal and Pratap will be seen taking part in a difficult competition trying to prove their supremacy over each other. The competition will be of the kinds of knights on horses where the duo will be on horses running across the field holding a long stick (bhaling) with the purpose of unsettling the opponent.

Informs a source from the sets, “The guys were trained for the jousting sequence and they are really excited to shoot the same today. Let’s see how the shoot will go on, but all I can say is that it’s going to a very exciting action sequence not seen on TV usually.”

When buzzed, the concerned actors were busy shooting the scenes.
