The Episode starts with Vaishnavi opens the box in her room. She finds a baby lion/cub in the box and gets shocked. The cub jumps on her bed and roars. Vaishnavi sits on the bed infront of the cub and looks at it. The tridevis come out of Palace. Devi Parvati says she wants to go to Katra and wants to see Vaishnavi’s place. Narayan thinks Devi Lakshmi has promised him that they will come here directly. Devi lakshmi says they will go. Narayan gets tensed. Kali does meditation and sees how Vaishnavi defeated Matsarya every time. He thinks what I am missing, why this girl is not losing, if there is any loop poles in my plan. He then realizes something and says my attention was on the balika, when it should be on someone else. He smiles. The tridevis come to Katra and see the cave.. They tell that Maa Vaishno Devi’s temple will be build here and she will give darshan to her bhakts here. Devi Lakshmi recalls promising Narayan and gets tensed. Devi Saraswati asks why you got worried. Devi lakshmi tells that Narayan has taken promise from her to return to Vyakund directly and tells that she shall leave immediately. They nod their head. Devi Lakshmi goes. Kali undergoes a major transformation and gets mukut on his head etc. The Asurs get surprised seeing him. Kali asks them to enjoy and tells that they have done a mistake, but not anymore and its name is Vaishnavi. He says Vaishnavi is Vishnu’s shakti so our aim shall be his Shakti Lakshmi and not Vaishnavi. He says he will end Devi Lakshmi and her powers. Asur asks how? Kali praises her words and tells that he is Maha Jaal to trap Lakshmi. He laughs aloud.
Vaishnavi looks at the cub and laughs. She says you are enjoying on my bed. The cub jumps and understands her conversation. Vaishnavi says now we have become friends and asks what to name you. She sees Sheru, the toy lion and keeps infront of the cub. She says your name will be Sheru from now on. The cub nods its head. Vaishnavi says you are Vaishnavi’s Sheru. Brahmadev says Shera wali got her sher.
Kali makes his second Sharipoh wake up and make it come out of the drum. A demon appears from Sharipoh in human form. Kali asks him to come. Asur asks who is he? Kali says he is lobhasur, a powerful asur, even devtas get afraid of him. He says devis and devtas make their puja do much as their powers increases with it. He says lobh/greed is the opposite of Lakshmi’s shakti and tells that her powers will become less and then will vanish. He asks Lobhasur to make everyone greedy and nobody shall be spared. The lobhasur comes to the village and recites some mantras. He makes yellow smoke go in different direction. He divides in to many and enters the people of the village. The men see the Brahmin counting the money and steals the money from his hand. Lobhasur then comes out from them and laughs. He attacks a woman and she refuses to give charity. Devi Lakshmi comes to Narayan and tells that she went to Katra, but he shall not worry as she came. Narayan says I was afraid about this. Devi Lakshmi feels hard to breath and her hands starts shaking. She says she is getting restless and asks what is this? what is happening to me.Kali asks Lobhasur to make the earth drown in greed.
Precap: devi Lakshmi loses her powers. Narayan asks her to have patience. Devi lakshmi vanishes from there. Vaishnavi shouts Maa and hugs Samrudhi.
