It’s time to celebrate Mahashivratri and also educate masses in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

Star Plus’ long-running show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, produced by Director’s Kut is presently dealing with the concerns of women in the household over the safety of their kids while travelling back and forth to school.

The same track will gain prominence in the coming episodes wherein the families are concerned over the increase of crime-rate in society. In order to educate their kids, Varsha (Pooja Joshi) will be seen warning her daughter Ananya about safe travelling. Also, Akshara (Hina Khan) will ask her son Naksh (Shivansh Kotia) to call his parents in case of any emergency when going to or returning from school.

In addition to this, Maha Shivratri will be celebrated amidst fanfare in Yeh Rishta, is what we hear. All the family members will observe fast and will worship Lord Shiva in the Maha Puja. The kids will decorate Lord Shiva’s shivling with garland and flowers. After Shivratri, Holi will be celebrated in a big way in Yeh Rishta.

When contacted, Pooja Joshi aka Varsha said, “The plus point of our show is that we never miss a chance to educate masses with moral values. Also, we never miss celebrating any festivals, and since Shivratri is round the corner, we are preparing to celebrate the festival in the show.”
