It’s been a great learning experience- Cast of Baawre
It surely came as a great shock to the cast and crew of Life OK’s Baawre when they were informed about the show going off air. The project that wrapped up its shooting schedule recently (28 August), will air its last episode on 5 September.
As the team bid each other a teary farewell we decided to catch up with the stars and let them talk about their journey in Baawre.
Firstly, lead Abhishek Rawat shared, “I was looking forward to Baawre. The prime reason being Sudhir Sharma (Producer) and Neelesh Mishra (Writer-Co Producer) who I believe have the right vision required on TV at the moment. Also since the show was based in Lucknow, which is also my hometown, everything excited me a lot.”
Talking about the show going off suddenly, he added, “There is no regret for I really got to learn a lot and enjoyed every bit of my time. The production house and the creative team was a great support throughout. I got to play a character so real and also am humbled by the popularity it achieved.”
Sharing her take on the show, Vinita Joshi averred, “This show was my first as a lead in mainstream GEC and I must say it was a wonderful experience. I got tremendous exposure through the show. It had been a school for me completely in terms of acting and personality development. Also I got to make the best of friends. Alka Amin, who played my daadi, has now become my mentor (smiles). I would also like to thank Sunshine Productions for making it so easy and warm for me.”
And finally Akhlaque Khan said, “It was a short but a very sweet journey. And most importantly it was a great opportunity to learn a lot. The makers did everything to make it a different show, but sadly it could not work as expected. But every one of us bonded so well, that the relationship will continue for life.”
We wishes the team all the very best!
