It’s a day to remember for the team of Pavitra Rishta as they enter the 1000 club…
They came, ruled and conquered the hearts and minds of audiences’!! Well, this is the kind of magic that Zee TV’s long-running show Pavitra Rishta has cast on viewers!! On the day when the show celebrates its 1000 episode run, we decided to congratulate the entire team of Pavitra Rishta for this stupendous achievement!!
The enthusiasm on the sets of Pavitra Rishta has been amazing as they celebrate their milestone achievement of 1000 episodes today (15 March 2013). The cast and crew do not want a break today, says our source as they want to put in their best to the special episode to be aired tomorrow (16 March), which will mark the dual celebration of 1000 episodes and Maha Shivrathri. Though the unit misses their Archana (Ankita Lokhande) on the sets, the mood out there is jubilant.
And the tweet of Producer Ekta Kapoor exudes more confidence in her team as she goes on to state, “Aaj 1000! Pavitra rishta!!! Made me make my return to commercial television! Thaaankuuuuu everyone!this is to second chances!!!!JAI MATA DI!.”
Actor Hiten Tejwani who stepped into the shoes of Manav after Sushant Singh Rajput left, has no doubt made a special place for himself in the hearts of viewers. On the occasion an elated Manav aka Hiten said, “I am thankful to my fans who have accepted me as Manav with open hands. It is a real achievement to cross the 1000 mark. And I know the feeling as I have been part of Kyunki Saas which was one of the first shows to make it to the elite group. Kudos to the entire team for working hard. I am blessed to be working with Ekta and many seniors. I pray that all my shows cross the 1000 mark.”
Hiten went on to narrate a memorable incident with us, “When I had joined Pavitra Rishta as Manav, not many knew I had taken up the role after Sushant left. At this time, a group of people who had come down to the sets were looking around wanting to see their Manav (Sushant). When they were told that Hiten plays Manav now, they were taken aback. They had a strange expression on their faces, as they connected to me as Karan (Hiten’s character in Kyunki) and not as Manav. But when they got to know that I was about to play Manav, they were extremely happy and personally came up to me and told me that they would continue to watch the show as they loved to see me on screen. That was indeed an encouraging factor for me.”
We contacted Meghana Amal, Creative Head, Pavitra Rishta to know more about the mood on the sets and she said, “Absolutely amazing!! All this is courtesy the team effort of our writers, actors and everybody else associated with Pavitra Rishta. Kudos to Ekta Maam for showing us the path. We have been doing great work and have our fingers crossed for yet another 1000 coming our way.”
Great effort, Team Pavitra Rishta…
