The episode starts with Agam and Suhani’s child’s play. Agam asks Suhani to open his fist. She tries hard. Naani comes and asks Suhani to thread needle. Suhani asks Agam to prove boys are better than girls, else accept his defeat. He tries threading needle, but cannot. Super naani comes and Agam says if naani threads needle, he will accept his defeat. Nani says boys always boasts about themselves and threads needle in 1 go. Agam says it is cheating, she did not tell needle should be cut first. Suhani says he should have used his brains. Pam comes and asks what happening. Suhani says her son is telling he is intelligent. Pam asks where is Nishi. Agam asks if she does not know anything. She says yes. Suhani says jiju and Nishi have reunited. She is surprised to hear that and laughs, then thinks Neil and Ragini will separate again an Neil will not get back his properties and bank account. Ranbir comes and she says Neil and Ragini may separate now and they have to stop that.

Neil and Ragini come out and discuss who will tell first to children. Ragini says he should and he says she should, finally Neil tells children that Nishi’s life is settled now, so he wants to go back to US and says Pam and children that they will stay at Karan’s house till their flight. Agam and Suhani say how can he do that, they don’t want to go back. Pam asks him to rethink about his decision. He says his decision is final and leaves. Ragini also go back to her room.

Agam and suhani tell Ranbir that they don’t want to go back to US. Ranbir says he will speak to mom and goes to Ragini’s room. He requests her to stop dad and solve his problems. Ragini says she knows Neil’s problems, but until he discusses and seeks her help, she cannot help, else he will blame her for everything as usual. Pam on the other side tries to convince Neil. Neil says he will not request Ragini. She says he is egoistic. He asks if he is, from when she knows. She says since he is born. She continues convincing him and he continues giving excuses.

Arav looks at a big car and imagines going to his area in it. Akash meets him and praises that he became rich and forgot him. Arav says how can he. Just then, constable wakes him up and asks if this car is his. He says no but will own one and constable will salute him. Constable shows stick and runs behind him.

Ranbir tells Ragini he will not go back to US. She says he should go back and become bigger doc than his dad. He says he just now got his mom’s love and cannot lose it. She says her blessings and love will be always with her.

Pam meets RK and asks where is Karan. RK says he is busy with his hotel work. She asks him to somehow stop Neil from going back to US.

Whole family discusses how to stop Neil from going. Agam says they can take Karan’s help. Suhani says with Karan’s idea, Nishi and jiju were about to divorce. Neil comes and asks if they are ready. RK says he can go after 2 days once Dimpy comes back. Neil says Dimpy will not come back till 2 months. Ranbir comes and informs that US people are coming to confirm if Neil and Ragini are really remarried.
