The episode begins with the pandit asking where the snake is. Anjali tearfully says that he isn’t here. Nani asks for the pandit to begin the pooja. As the pooja starts, the snake makes a sudden appearance. He smiles at Anjali, but she looks upset.
Khushi is sitting at her father’s bedside, and thinks about Arnav’s rebuke. Suddenly Shashi shuffles in bed, and turns on his side. Khushi smiles and lets go of his hand.
