Scene 1
Ayesha sees Zeenat and Ruksar coming home. She asks where they were? not even picking up call. Zeenat says sorry. Ayesha says did you read engagement card, there is some change. zeenat says I didnt read it and I wont because Shahbaz Abbu did changes so it must be good, dont worry about it. Shahbaz comes there and says guests have arrived Ayesha, what are you doing? Ayesha says I.. Shahbaz sees Zeenat and says we are doing what is right, we have to make good relations with head priest of country as that will make Kabir head of city, I know this is difficult for you but you are respect of this house so you have to understand, Zeenat says I know. Shahbaz says Irfan’s family has come to make ties, bring some refreshments, he leaves with Ayesha. Zeenat says to Ruksar that Irfan’s

family must have come to make Kabir head. She asks Ruksar to work, Ruksar says I am not daughter in law right now. Zeenat says you are daughter in law of this house in my eyes.
Ayesha meets Salma and hugs her, she says sorry I took time. Shahbaz comes there and greets Salma, he says I am happy to see you here. Salma says me too, Shahbaz says Irfan didnt come? Salma says Zara is alone in house so he had to stay back. Shahbaz says you didnt have to bring gifts. Salma says we have come to daughter’s house for first time. Shahbaz says its good that you take our small house as your daughter’s house. Salma asks where is Kabir?
Kabir gets ready in his room. Shahbaz comes there and says you are looking very nice. He gives him watch and this is our family’s watch, we give it to heirs of family, he makes Kabir wear it and says you deserve it by saying yes to this proposal. Shahbaz asks him to come down and leaves. Kabir looks at edited card and sees Zeenat’s son playing. He sits with him and says will you do my work? give this card to your mom and tell her that Shahbaz edited it, kid leaves. Kabir smirks.
Zeenat’s son comes to Zeenat in kitchen, Zeenat says Ayan what are you doing here? Ayan says I have a card, should I read it? she says yes. He reads engagement card details and says Kabir is getting engaged to Ruksar.. no name is cut, he is getting engaged to Zara Siddiqui. Zeenat says what? Ayan shows her card which has Zara’s name in place of Ruksar’s name. Zeenat drops tray of refreshments and is stunned. Zeenat snatches card from him and gets angry. She recalls Ayesha trying to hint at that.

Alina comes to lounge where Salma is chatting with Ayesha. Shahbaz asks Alina to call Zeenat. Ayesha says I will call her. Kabir looks on. Ayesha sees Zeenat coming there and gets tensed. Reema messages Zara that drama is about to start. Zara reads it and smirks. Shahbaz asks Zeenat to come forward, we cant start ritual without you. Zeenat greets Salma. Ayesha nods at her and puts hand on her hand silently pleading her. Shahbaz asks Salma to start ritual. Kabir thinks why Zeenat is not stopping this ritual? Salma is about to make Kabir wear sacred thread. Kabir says stop, I will tie it. Shahbaz says this is ritual so let her do it. Salma ties sacred thread on his arm. Alina is sad. Reema messages Zara that our plan is failing. Ruksar is also getting ready in her room. Zeenat sees Salma about to do more rituals but she says stop. Zeenat says your family is most respected in this city, my father cares for your family a lot, we give invitation to our closed ones first, I want to start inviting from you. They see Ruksar coming there dressed as bride. Shahbaz is stunned. Ruksar comes there with engagement card. Zeenat says to Salma that my sister Ruksar is getting engaged with my brother in law Kabir Ahmed. All are stunned. She gives her card. Salma says what is this? if you wanted to insult us then why did you invite us here first? she turns to leave but Shahbaz says stop please, what she is saying is not true, the card we gave you is right one, we are making relation with you. Shahbaz asks everyone to leave except Ayesha. Zeenat says but.. Shahbaz asks her to leave in a second. Ayesha asks Zeenat to not make a scene and please leave, she makes Ruksar and Zeenat leave. Kabir and Alina leaves too. Shahbaz says to Salma that listen to me and then decide what is right and wrong. Salma says whatever you want to say, tell it to Irfan, I just want to leave. Shahbaz says I will talk to him but our daughter in law created a misunderstanding which will cleared. Ayesha makes Salma sit down. Shahbaz says every girl wants her sister to her sister in law too, nobody except Zeenat wants Ruksar as daughter in law of this house, even Kabir too and we have gotten an order from head priest so nothing is more pious than that, we will not defy head priest of the country. Salma says you should talk to Irfan, I am leaving. Shahbaz says if you take back red letter before finalizing engagement date then it can never be returned to house, if red letter leaves out house then we will be insulted. Salma is stunned.

PRECAP- Zeenat says to Shahbaz that I wont let this engagement and wedding happen. Shahbaz says no one can stop this wedding.
Zara says to Salma and Irfan that I will not marry a person who already have a second woman in his life.
Salma says to Shahbaz that we will do this marriage only when other woman Ruksar is out of Kabir’s life and house. Shahbaz says I am okay with that, I will send Ruksar away. Zara is disappointed.
Zara calls Kabir and says I tried to provoke my parents but your father destroyed all our plans and pacified them, do something before this marriage happens. Kabir is tensed..
