Scene 1
Zara calls Irfan and says I want to talk but Irfan says I am going for a case of property, I will talk later.
Shahbaz says to Kabir that Zara questioned me about Zakat so I Want to show you. Kabir sees that he paid 1 crore and says its 2.5% of savings so you saved 40crore? Shahbaz says yes, I wanted to pay for everyone in house. Kabir says I want to show it to Zara, Shahbaz says its not needed, we are earning so much so do you need to work? Kabir says not at all, I will work for nation. Shahbaz says Kashan has made a project to make use of nation’s zakat, you can appeal for zakat. Kabir says I want to read the project and if I think its beneficial then I will accept it, Shahbaz nods, Kabir leaves. Kashan says you showed zakat register to him? he would know that you
spend it in your business only. Shahbaz says we have to take risk. Kashan says I gave him different project file and will show different file in sharia board. Shahbaz says I need 500 crores at any cost tomorrow.
Zara thinks that why Shahbaz is going to sharia board tomorrow? he can make Kabir his remote control.
Shahbaz says to Kashan that I went to Singapore for business but lost 400 crores but we can get zakat money if Kabir asks for it.
Kabir says to Shahbaz that its such a good project for nation using zakat. Shahbaz says Irfan used deny my projects but tomorrow you are heading it so we have a chance. Kabir says I will pass it for sure.
In morning, Zara wears burqa and says it will hide my poor state.
Kabir prays for his day.
Kashan comes to Shahbaz and says I am going to pray on dargah for today, its a big day for us. Shahbaz says lock Zara in outhouse, she shouldnt come to sharia board. Kashan says okay.
Kashan comes to outhouse and locks it from outside. Zara tries to open it and says I have to go to sharia board, she knocks and asks someone to open it.
Kabir gets ready and comes out with Shahbaz. Ayesha says your father’s dream is getting fulfilled today, hope you succeed. Alina asks if Zara is not going with him? Zeenat says she cant go with him. Shahbaz turns and sees Zara coming there. Flashback shows Ruksaar coming to outhouse and opening door, Zara thanks her and says I can never forget your favor, flashback ends. Shahbaz says you said you wont show your poverty in public. Zara says I always wear burqa so nobody would know, I will fulfill my duty and my promise. Ayesha asks Zara to go with Kabir as he is going to sharia board too. Zara says I dont have standard to sit in car so I will walk. Shahbaz says let her walk, Zara leaves. Zeenat asks Kabir to give file to her and another file for project. Shahbaz says its more detailed so Kashan wants you to take it, Kabir says okay and takes it.
Scene 2
Kabir and Shahbaz comes to sharia board. Host says Kabir will head today’s meeting.
Zara is walking on road and tries to go from shortcut but a dog comes infront of her, she dodges it and runs away from there.
Shahbaz thinks project will approve before Zara comes here. Kabir says Zakat is made to tend to others who are poor, God gave us this responsibility so we can help our brothers and sisters in need, we arrange 500crores every year but nobody knows where it goes so this project will make sure that we collect zakat and use it for good purpose of nation. Shahbaz thinks that this way he will get all zakat and I will take it. All members agree with Kabir. Zara comes there and says I agree with you, do you know every year we get around 30K-40K zakat but where it goes? you want to get zakat from people but like others you dont know what you will do with it. Kabir says we are talking about A and you are asking about Z. Zara says okay I agree with your proposal, I have some jewelry and my zakat for it 9.3K so take it, since everything I own is of my husband so its from him too, she gives him money. Kabir says my family pays my Zakat. Zara says you are took busy in working for nation that you dont earn for house and dont pay Zakat so take it from me for you too. Kabir glares at her. Zara thinks that I am not here to insult you but make you realize your mistake.
PRECAP- Zara says to Irfan that Shahbaz is using Kabir to make sharia board turn into business center, I wont let Kabir become part of that sin.
Kabir says to Shahbaz that Zara has lost my respect, I will earn so much and pay so much Zakat that I wont just be a mere city priest then.
