Is Raqesh Vashisth an unprofessional actor?

The very good looking and smart Raqesh Vashisth of Sony Entertainment Televisions’ Hongey Juda Na Hum is the most talked about actor on the sets of his current show.

But, unfortunately it is not for any good reason. Read on…

As per a reliable source, the actor is in news for his ‘unprofessionalism’ as he does not turn up on the sets on the given call time. In fact, the entire cast and unit have to wait for him to arrive. And there’s more to it… once the unit had to pack-up simply because the actor did not take their calls nor did he turn up for shooting (he just went absconding).

We also hear that the actor never comes for early morning shoots. Hence, the production is compelled to shoot with him only late in the day.

Well, these were complaints that we received about the actor. But, Raqesh has a different version to state. “The production team is new and there are issues when it comes to scheduling. Hence, an actor cannot be blamed for something he or she is not doing on purpose.”

When asked about the pack-up scenario he averred, “That never happened. Work is worship for me and I’d never do something like this.” But, the actor did agree on not coming to shoot early in the morning as he went on to tell us, “I have to travel all the way to Naigaon hence, I cannot be there for a 7 o’clock shift. I am an actor and need to look good on-screen; so I better get some time to sleep. I had made this amply clear in my contract that I would not be available for early morning shoots. But, then if there is some telecast issue, I would be there, I said.”

“There are a lot of issues with the production team but people find it easy to put it on an actor as he is an easy scapegoat,” he added.
