It was now evening. Hasmukh looked tensed. Kaku takes him to bed. Hasmukh lay on the bed and asks about her son. She was sure Rohan will come. She calls Rohan. Rohan. Rohan asks if she is with him. She replies surely, she is with him. Rohan requests her not to go. Kaku says they were longing to hear this from him, she and his father are extremely tensed. Rohan aggressively tells her to let father go, he does not need him. Kaku angrily questions how he can even believe she will leave his father. Rohan says that again, Kaku is choosing her husband over him. Mr. Murti and Vasu come to him with a file. Mr. Murti asks him to open the file. Rohan looks towards him quizzically. Mr. Murti had brought Mr. Singh’s contract. Rohan asks what this all means. Mr. Murti takes the seat. He explains that they want to apologize from him and Cheenu for never believing on them. Vasu explains to Rohan that they are being selfish, but they want a chance to bring their daughter back. They are rightful of living with their daughter as a family. Mr. Murti wanted to invest money in all his future projects, but it was possible only if Rohan accepts them as parents.

Cheenu comes to Rohan’s office and questions how Mr. Singh’s deal was signed. Rohan replies it is because of Mr. Murti. Cheenu understands it is Abba. She says Abba would never help them, and Rohan is letting go of people who would genuinely help. Rohan says this means she is also not with him. He tells her to stay out of his family matter and leaves. Meenu laughs outside the office.

Kaku takes Hasmukh to office to speak to Rohan.

Rohan comes to Mr. Murti in the conference room and asks how much he can invest in his business. Mr. Murti offers him whole investment, and wants him to sit on CEO seat of the company. This is because he never lost hope even when no one trusted him. He gives him a signed blank cheque book, and says this is a symbol of his trust for him. He can fill any amount of money in this cheque book. He assures his back to Rohan.

Kaku comes to office and calls Rohan. Everyone gather around including Cheenu and Mr. Murti. She tells Rohan that she and his father are leaving. Before that, Rohan must apologize his father. She is not requesting, it is an order as a mother. She grabs his hand but he pulls himself back. Hasmukh walks to Kaku to take her. He says parent’s needs are related to their children, so much that they do not even worry for their self-respect. Rohan questions what else he wants to do to him, that he is taking his mother. Kaku shouts at Rohan to stay silent if he cannot behave. His father lost everything for him, can never be his enemy. He fulfilled all his responsibilities, and needs for Rohan. He always drove a scooter, so that he can buy Rohan a motorcycle. He still pays the installments of mortgage, so that he can go to USA for studies. Rohan was ready to pay back everything they have done, let us make a list. He brings the calculator and asks Kaku about every expenditure on his brought up. Hasmukh sat on a chair. Rohan confirms Kaku if this amount is enough. He fills the cheque and stuffs it in Hasmukh’s pocket. It will pay back all the expenses in his brought up.
Kaku says she felt she has experienced everything in the life. Even learned social life, and business in Bangalore. But today she discovered there is a price to parent’s brought up.

Hasmukh reads the cheque. He tells Rohan that a few things are missing. When he took his first steps, and helped him repeat; it is alright and he remains indebted. He tells Kaku their tickets are confirmed, let’s go. Mr. Murti smirks. Rohan wipes his tears.
