Surya tells Imlie that he punished those men as they were speaking ill about her and asked him to share her with them. Imlie asks why is he bothered. Surya says he would punish anyone who would look at his wife in a dirty way. After some time, Anjali calls Surya and asks why was he praising Imlie so much in front of Indira. Surya asks how does she know. Anjali says she was present there and is the one who showed Imlie’s bar video to family. Surya asks if she has considered Imlie as her enemy. Anjali asks why is he so focused on Imlie, has he fallen in her love. Surya say he has promised to help Imlie and is keeping his promise. Anjali warns him that Imlie loves Agastya, he married his brother’s wife and shouldn’t have any hopes from her or else his situation would be like Anjali’s.
Imlie asks Surya about her bag. Surya says he doesn’t know. Imlie says she thought he picked her bag. Surya realises he forgot it in cab in a hurry trying to search for her. He says it was her responsibility to protect her bag, she left the cab creating drama, he had to run everywhere in search of her, he is trying to get her get her admit card and is repeatedly disturbed by Indira and others, he is deeply stressed, how can Imlie do this to him. Imlie asks him to calm down. Surya calms down and says let’s find the driver. Imlie says it’s her bag and she alone will search for her bag. He says he will also accompany her.
They both inquire about cab driver Trivedi who applies tilak on his forehead at a cab stand. Driver says there are many Trivedis and most of the men in Banaras apply tilak.
Surya asks Imlie to try to remember any details about the driver. Imlie starts her nok jhok with him and remembers that the driver’s name is Lokesh and he has 2 daughters and is from Jaunpur. Surya says she took driver’s whole history. He gives driver’s details to another driver who says Lokesh is his friend and gives Lokesh’s phone number. Lokesh informs that his bag is with him, but he is in Prayagraj and will take another 3-4 hours to return. Imlie says education board office will close by that time. Surya asks Lokesh to meet him after returning to Banaras and tells Imlie that they need to do something. Imlie breaks down discussing how she failed to fulfill her promise made to Agastya, etc. Surya says let us go and takes her to education board office.
Anjali and Malti decide to visit Banaras and stop Surya from falling into Imlie’s trap. Arjun stops Malti and asks if they are going to spoil Surya and Imlie’s trip. Malti says that’s none of his business. Arjun says her friend created troubles in Imlie’s life, he feels she is Surya’s distressed ex. They both looks nervous. Arjun realizes Anjali is really Surya’s ex. Anjali says she is Surya’s true love and will get him out of Imlie’s trap at any cost. Surya and Imlie reach education office, Imlie shows photocopies of her certificates, and requests officer to issue her duplicate admit card. Officer says she needs to bring original certificates and refuses to issue admit card. Imlie walks out of officer’s cabin feeling disappointed. Surya asks Imlie to wait outside. Imlie warns him not to show his rowdism here.
Surya locks the door and threatens officer to issue Imlie’s admit card right now. Officer issues admit card and walks out. Imlie apologises officer and asks if he is hurt. Officer says today is his daughter’s marriage and he was in a hurry, he will never forget a goon threatening him on his daughter’s wedding day. Surya offers admit card to Imlie. Imlie throws it away. Surya says he struggled so much for this card and she threw it away. Imlie criticizes his rowdy behavior to get things done. Surya says they need to get tough sometimes. Imlie continues to lecture him and says his rowdism harms others. Surya says he doesn’t harm anyone and says they don’t have money and their bus is in the morning, she can use her kindness for their food and accommodation till morning. Imlie accepts his challenge and walks away.
Precap: Indira tells Imlie that she didn’t like her and now hates her, she learnt that she had a contract marriage with Agastya for money and bet her dignity for money, she married Surya for his money and ruined their family’s dignity. Imlie says she didn’t marry Surya for money and breaks up her relationship with Surya.
