Imagine looks forward to its next fiction line-up..
Imagine has always believed in trying something different, whether it be in their fiction line-up or non fiction line-up. With their already established shows like Jyoti, produced by Sphere Origin and Bandini from the Balaji stable doing really well, the channel is now looking at a different programming style with its two upcoming fiction programs!!.
As we all know, Imagine is all set for a twin launch with Shakuntalam Telefilms’ Gunahon Ka Devta and Baba Aiso Var Dhoondo, jointly produced by Nikhil Sinha and Raakesh Paswan; this is to happen sometime in September. While Gunahon seems to be a pure love story blooming in the midst of violence, Baba Aiso Var Dhoondo seems to talk about a girl who is deeply saddened as she has not got a right suitor who can accept her in the way she is.
The promos of the shows have already created a buzz, and viewers are eager to know more on the concepts of the shows.
TellyBuzz contacted Saurabh Tewari, Programming Head, Imagine to know more on this differential programming, and he said, "Yes, the promos of both our new shows are on, and we are getting a good response so far. I would say that after Jyoti and Bandini, Imagine is now looking for more variety in terms of programming. I believe that it is important for one and all to believe in the stories we make, and for this to happen, the story telling needs to have a lot of conviction. Today’s audience does not like to watch hypothetical shows, and love to see something more relatable. Though I cannot talk about the concepts of the shows now, I would only tell viewers to watch out for it".
