What does fitness mean to you?

For me fitness means strength physically, mentally and emotionally.

What’s your idea of fitness?

My idea for fitness is beautiful body with a strong mind.

Are you conscious about your food choices?

Yes.

Three things you do every day to remain fit.

1) Workout

2) Yoga

3) And I do not eat anything after 8 pm, also I drink a lot of water.

What is your take on the size zero figure craze among the girls?

I personally like little fuller girls. I like curves. If every girl is aiming at size zero and is size zero, it looks so boring. I do not enjoy being skinny. I am tall so I have to keep in mind that I do not overdo my exercises. I feel every girl is beautiful who is plump or healthy or knows how to fight a guy. Instead of focusing on being size zero, one should focus on strength.

Is there any sport you are skilled at?

Swimming.

A celeb body you admire?

Salman Khan! Because he knows how to balance fun and discipline and looks 25 at 48.

What is your fitness secret?

1 hour of yoga. It helps me get flexibility and a beautiful body. I also meditate. It is great for peace of mind and helps me avoid all the negativity and focus on what is right and important.

A fitness tip for your fans.

Do whatever you want to do for the whole day but keep 1 hour for yourself. Indulge yourself in one hour of physical activity. It could be yoga or gym or a sport or dance. It could be anything.
