What does fitness mean to you? What is the idea of fitness?
To be fit the most important thing is to be mentally happy. If you are mentally fit then you will automatically become physically fit and yes to be perfectly fit you will have to take some efforts.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
Honestly I don’t do anything to keep myself in shape. I am slim and fit because of my mother, all thanks to her because even she is fit and fine and I got that from her. Other than that I do breathing exercise in the morning as it helps a lot to be mentally happy.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Yes, I am very conscious about my food choices and I am not very foodie.
Do you take protein supplements?
No, I am not.
Is there any sports you are skilled at?
No not specifically skilled at sports. I used play in school and college that’s it.

Deepika Padukone.
What is your fitness secret?
My secret is that I be happy and try to stay calm and cool even while working. I try to keep myself stress free.
A Fitness tips for your fan?
Enjoy every bit of your life, stay fit and healthy. Even if you are fat don’t crib about it. Keep yourself informed about everything and take advice of the people not blindly but do research about it.
