I can’t resist Snickers chocolate: Annie Gill

Personal fitness mantra: Gym is my first love. No matter whatsoever happens, I go to the gym and do a lot of workout. I normally eat healthy food but sometimes if I do eat something unhealthy, I later balance it out.

Personal diet mantra: I follow a very healthy diet plan. I see to it that I have an apple and banana every day. I always carry vitamins along with me. I have at least four litres of water in a day.

Exercise routine: Every morning I go for brisk walking for 40 minutes. I believe extra cardio makes you feel weak. So, I perform less of cardio and follow proper exercise routine. I always go up the staircase instead of coming down by elevator.

Is food the elixir of life? Yes, definitely.

Are you a foodie? Yes, big time. I love to cook and eat.

Are you a vegetarian or non-vegetarian? Non-vegetarian.

Favourite cuisine: It’s Mexican because it is cooked in very minimal oil and it is a fully vegetarian dish.

Favourite dish: In the non vegetarian category, I relish eating butter chicken, otherwise I like mom’s handmade dal wali roti and love sizzlers.

Favourite restaurant: Pop Tates and China Gate.

A must on my breakfast table: Eggs. In a day, I have beet root or cucumber juice and keep munching peanuts if I feel hungry.

Sugar or sugar-free for my tea/coffee: Sugar free coffee or black coffee.

Lunch generally consists of: Two rotis, lots of sabzi, salads and a bowl of curd.

Dinner generally consists of: I usually have a light dinner And I have it pretty early. It consists of salads. I also have a glass of milk every day.

Dessert delights: I don’t eat much of desserts. But if I get the craving, I like to eat gajar ka halwa and ras malai.

One thing I can’t resist: Snickers chocolate.

My favourite drink (non-alcoholic): Badam milk.

My favourite drink (alcoholic): I don’t booze.

At parties I have: Fresh lime soda or diet coke and I have very minimal food.

Most unusual dish I’ve tasted: Gujarati undhiyu. I find the dish very different but love it.

Experiment with food: Yes, I like experimenting with food.

On the streets, I love to have: Gol gappa, dosa and all types of egg items.

Do you cook? Yes, I love to cook. In fact, I only prepare my own dabba everyday.

Fitness tip: Walk as much you can. Work out, set goal and follow them. Stay healthy and fit.
