“I am very privileged to be a part of this show”
Says Vinti Idlani who will be seen playing the role of Myra in Bade Acche Laggte Hai.
The talented actress Vinti Idnani who was last seen in producer Palki’s popular show Dil Dosti Dance on Channel V, will be seen playing the role of one of the twins of Ram (Ram Kapoor) and Priya (Saakshi Tanwar) namely Myra in Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms daily soap Bade Acche Laggte Hai on Sony TV.
The recent leap has new characters introduced in the show, whose entry was shown in the last night’s episode of the show. On the same we got in touch with Vinti Idlani to share her experience on being a part of this show, about how she will portray her character, the feeling of working with senior actors and much more.
Here is what she said…
When asked Vinti to share something about her character Myra, she said, “I totally love to play the character of Myra. As shown in the show that I have a business mind and I am trying to get into my father’s business, the entire plot of the storyline is very interesting. It has been just 4 days that I have started to shoot for this show and I am already in love with it.”
She further added, “It is an awesome feeling to be a part of Bade Acche Laggte Hai. In fact, Balaji Telefilms Production house is very helpful and supportive too. I feel privileged to be a part of this show. Hope the audience like my entry in the show as well as my character.”
So is Vinti’s character similar to that of her in D3? “Yes, I play a tomboy in this show as I played in the show Dil Dosti Dance too. But this character is absolutely different from the one that I played in D3. In Bade Acche Laggte Hai, a totally different version of tomboy is shown which is mainly with the cloth section shown and not in thinking wise. Wherein Dil Dosti Dance I was totally a tomboy right from the clothing to the diction of my language.”
How different is Bade Acche Lagte Hai and D3? “In Dil Dosti Dance there was more of dance and less of acting, whereas in Bade Acche Laggte Hai it is all about acting. This is my first full-fledged role as an actor and I am very much excited to see grown up Myra which is played by me” says Vinti.
Vinti says that she is delighted to work with senior actors and also get to learn a lot from the actors, “Talking about Badde Ache Lagte Hai, I am getting to learn a lot from the senior actors on the show. In fact, I aim to learn a lot from this show in terms of acting. In D3 it used to so happen that when we made a mistake we co-actors used to laugh at it and used to rectify it but in Bade Acche Laggte Hai, everyone is very much professional towards acting. But I am missing D3 too. Even small things like how to apply glycerin are taught to us with so much of perfection on the sets of Badde Achhe Lagte Hai.”
“Yesterday, my entry in the show was shown in a very grand way. Pari, Pihu and I also danced on the song Radha Teri Chunari from the Bollywood movie Student of the Year. Since I am portraying the character of a tomboy, I wasn’t allowed to dance in a very professional way. At that particular time, I missed D3 very much because I was told to restrict my dancing” concludes Vinti.
