“I am a vegetarian foodie” : Rahul Sharma
Actor Rahul Sharma who plays a caring husband in Ek Ghar Banunga is a foodie and likes to eat Indian cuisine.
As we know that our TV celebs are very much conscious about their physique, but they never miss a chance to have to enjoy the delicacies of their favorite food whenever they get a chance. Our Telly celebs love to be known as a foodie. One such big time food lover is the good looking actor Rahul Sharma who plays Akash in Star Plus’ popular show Ek Ghar Banaunga.

Yes, I am a vegetarian foodie.
Which is your most preferred cuisine?
Indian cuisine.
Your favorite mouthwatering dish?
Daal Baati Churma.
Which restaurant do you prefer the most?
I prefer going to a restaurant which serves good food with a good service. It should be a restaurant which treats their guest very well and have an atmosphere which can make anyone smile. Even if the food is not tasty, anybody would like to sit there. I prefer going to Zaffran which is at the Infiniti Mall as I get such kind of atmosphere there.
Do you like spending time in the kitchen?
Yes, I like to spend time in the kitchen. I learned cooking during my struggling days. I used to call my Mom and ask her methods for cooking different dishes. Initially, I was not such a good cook but now, I have learned cooking well.
Your most memorable kitchen moment, be it happy or a disastrous one?
Once I had to cook food for myself and I cooked so much of food that around 15 people could eat. Lastly, I fed all thedaalto stray dogs and cats. The Roti which I made was also not good. It was so hard that I was afraid if my teeth would be hurt badly (laughs).
Which is your favorite quick cheap healthy meal?
Mix fruits, oats with sprouts and peanuts and cornflakes with milk.
If you would have to take a celebrity for a dinner date then who would it be?
My co-star Ishita Dutta and Bollywood star Deepika Padukone.
