Doctor tells Ranvir that if Doctors check him then his truth will be revealed. Ranvir says he prefers to die rather than letting his truth exposed. Kabir sees Sarika crying and consoles her. Sarika reminisces Jatin adopting Ranvir and cries. Ranvir tells Aanchal that Kabir convinced him for operation and now he will die before 2 months. Kabir comes there. The brothers dance. Later he dances with Sarika and says he will not agree for operation if she is not happy. Sarika says she will change her situation to change his situation. Kabir tells Jatin that if the operation goes wrong then they will lose Ranvir. Jatin says the more the risk, the more the benefit.

Aanchal asks Ranvir for dance. Ranvir asks shall I ask something and asks her to become hers in next births. Aanchal says I have no answer for

your question. Ranvir says I will change the question and says when I will die, I will be happy to think that my lover was my wife till I die and says even God can’t snatch this truth from me. Aanchal looks on. Ranvir thinks about the recent happenings and plays harmonica. He says he has just harmonica which is of his own. He says if I don’t return then it will be my memory and if I come back then I will get it back. Kabir gets sad.
Sarika sits in temple and says until my son’s operation is successful, I will sit here. They reach hospital. Kabir promises Ranvir that nothing will happen to him. Kabir is taken for operation and his hairs are shaved. Doctor tells Ranvir that dr. Hudson reached here, now we will do. Dr. Hudson comes to OT. Sarika prays to God and do aarti. Dr. Hudson operates on Ranvir. He comes out and tells Jatin that he couldn’t save his son as the bleeding was excessive. Everyone gets shocked. Sarika gets call and he gets shocked to hear. Kabir asks Ranvir to wake up and says you can’t go like this. He says who will hide my mistakes and asks him to get up. He cries hugging Jatin. Aanchal also cries and says you have punished me big for not doing the promise. Her tear falls down on his hand.

Ranvir’s hand makes a movement. Kabir calls Doctor. Dr. Hudson says it is a miracle, he has survived. Sarika comes there. Kabir says Bade is saved now. Aman asks Aanchal what she will do now, and says the relations got too complicated now as Ranvir is alive.
