Virat warns Bhavani not to involve Vinayak in her conspiracies as he will not tolerate any atrocities on Vinayak. Bhavani yells and curses that Sai’s name itself destroys peace in their family. Pakhi comforts her and says Vinayak is very sensitive regarding Vinayak, they can talk about it later once Vinayak’s condition improves. Savi calls Vinayak. Bhavani asks Pakhi to disconnect Savi’s call and block it. She does. Virat speaks to a specialist and request him to visit and check Vinayak once. Doctor agrees. Pakhi tells Virat that she will apply Savi’s given medicinal paste to Vinayak’s knees until doctor arrives. Virat breaks the bowl. Pakhi asks why is he venting out Sai’s anger on the medicine. Virat says he will never take Sai’s help even if she the last doctor available on earth and will hire a best doctor for Vinayak. Savi feels disappointed. Sai says Vinayak will never call or meet her again, so she should forget him. Savi says they can visit Vinayak if he can’t come here. Sai says they won’t and asks her again to forget Vinayak. Savi feels dishearted and cries.
Specialist visit Vinayak. Vinayak gets adamant to get treated only by doctor aunty. Virat requests him to get him treated by Nagpur’s best doctor and gets angry on him. Doctor says patients get well by will power, he should call that doctor if a kid wants to get treated only by that doctor. Virat asks him to perform his duty as that doctor will not come here. He walks out and cries feeling guilty for rudely behaving with Vinayak. Ninad comforts him and asks reason for his frustration. Virat says he vented out his anger on Vinayak because of Sai. Ninad asks him to calm down and handle the situation maturely as Vinayak is a kid and knows Sai as per his experience and Virat’s, even Virat had same trust on Sai and its not his mistake. Virat asks what he wants to say. Ninad says he should call Sai here for Vinayak’s sake. Virat gets adamant and refuses to call Sai.
Sai agrees to take Savi to Nagpur. Jagtap meets Usha at a market who informs him about Sai’s agreeing to visit Nagpur for Savi. Jagtap says he feels happy that Savi will meet her father. Usha thanks her for convincing Sai with explanation. Jagtap thinks he can do anything for Savi and Sai’s happiness. Virat gives Savi’s gifted Ganesh’s family idol to Vinayak and narrates a story of Ganeshji’s respect for his parents and considering them as his whole world. Pakhi says Ganeshji is very intelligent. Virat says the moral of the story is a child is parent’s whole world and vice versa; people will come and go in their lives, but family never leaves them alone and one who leaves them are not their dear ones. He asks if he knows how much he loves him. Vinayak says he knows. Virat asks if he can stop talking about Sai and Savi for them and get treatment by other doctor. viayak agrees.
At house, Bhavani prays god to cure Vinayak soon and says she didn’t want o hurt Vinayak and is just worried for her family. Sonali and Omkar ask her not to feel guilty as she took a right decision for the family. Harini tongue lashes Bhavani for mentally and physically torturing Vinayak and says Vinayak can file a police complaint against her. She asks her to stop trying to control everyone as it affects them both mentally and physically. Bhavani yells not to teach her. Harini walks away saying its waste to talk to her.
Back at hospital, Pakhi feels worried for Vinayak and asks Ashwini if they can’t call Sai to treat Vinayak. Ashwini asks her not to talk about Sai as Sai meeting Vinayak at a camp was a coincidence. Pakhi reminds her that she was the one who trusted Sai the most and supported her in become a best doctor. Ashwini says she doesn’t know all that and just knows that keeping Sai away from Vinayak is best for Vinayak. Vinayak tries to get down from the bed to go to washroom and falls down. Pakhi rushes to him worried and cries seeing him crying. Virat rushes to call the doctor. Pakhi tells Ashwini that Vinayak’s condition worsend more. Vinayak asks her not to worry as he will not take doctor aunty’s name and will have medicines given by other doctor. Pakhi breaks down. Virat brings doctor. Pakhi says Vinayak doesn’t want to take Sai and Savi’s name because of Virat, but only Sai can treat Vinayak and hence they should forget all the differences and call Sai. Ashwini gets adamant and says its better for Vinayak and them that Vinayak stays away from Sai and Savi. Pakhi thinks Virat and Ashwini are not understanding at all, she needs to do something.
Precap: Virat takes Pakhi to a jewelry store. Sai comes there to sell her ring. Virat seeing her gifts a costly necklace to Pakhi. Sai leaves her ring saying its of no value now. Pakhi picks it.
