Sai takes Vinayak to her hospital cabin and teaches him how a doctor behaves. She enacts as a patient and lies on a bed. Vinu enacts as a doctor and jokes on how Sonali writhes with stomach upset after having oily fritters. Sai laughs. Satya walks in. Sai feels anxious and asks how can he enter his room without knocking a door. She slips from bed. Satya holds her. She shouts how dare he is to touch her. He leaves her and she falls down and sprains her ankle. He confuses Vinu asks Sai’s son. Vinu says she is his doctor aunty and not mamma. Sai feels sad. Nurse Sheetal walks in. Sai asks her to call patients. Satya asks her to get her sprain treated first as it may lead to a hairline fracture. Sai refuses but writhes in pain. Satya asks Vinu to convince his doctor aunty. Sai agrees on Vinu’s insistence and sits on a bed again. Satya asks Vinu to assist him. Sheetal records their video. Satya keeping Sai busy in Vinu’s talk twists her ankle and fixes her sprain. Sai shouts in pain, but then feels good. Satya continues to flirt with Sai and leaves with Sheetal.
Pakhi video calls Vinayak. Vinayak informs that he is at doctor aunty’s hospital and is learning and enjoying a lot here, surely his school presentation would be the best tomorrow. He disconnects call saying he needs to go somewhere with doctor aunty. Pakhi feels frustrated. Virat decorates his room with flowers to have romantic moments with Pakhi. Pakhi calls him and shouts how dare he is to send Vinu with Sai without her permission. Virat says it was necessary for Vinu’s project. Pakhi shouts not to give project excuse for his evil plan. Virat asks her to calm down and return home first, he has a surprise for her. Pakhi continues to shout and disconnects call.
In the evening, Virat arranges a pizza party for him, Savi, Sai, and Vinu at a poolside. Vinu asks Sai how was her day. Savi says it was boring as baba was busy with files and didn’t do any action at all. Virat says always gun fight and chases don’t happen at police station. Vinu says his day was excited and he enjoyed a lot with Dr Satya who treated Sai’s ankle sprain. He shows video to Virat. Virat asks Sai if Satya is the one who troubled her, how could she let him near her and Vinu. Sai says it’s a long story. Virat watches video and says he is the one who had bumped on him the other day and was having her bracelet. Vinu says he nicked Dr. Satya as doctor cool and Dr Satya nicked doctor aunty as doctor chidku. Virat tells Sai that Satya is treating her sprain and was holding her bracelet the other day. Sai says doctors forget their stuff in OT and its normal, he shouldn’t bother about it; she enjoyed a lot with Vinu today. Savi says let’s have a pizza party. They all enjoy pizza. Sai feeds pizza to Vinu.
Pakhi returns to her room and gets happy seeing it well decorated. She doesn’t find Virat and Vinu around and thinks if they are in Sai’s room. She doesn’t find anyone even there and thinks Virat must have obeyed her and shifted Sai and Savi somewhere else.
Precap: Satya with his mother goes to market for gudi padwa festival shopping and meets Sai there. He introduces her to his mother. Mother asks Sai if she is not married as is not wearing sindhoor and mangalsutra. Satya stops her. Mother stops Sai and chats with her. Virat noticing Sai’s dupatta getting trapped in a wheel pulls her aside. Mother misunderstands him as a roadside goon and scolds him.
