Gauri Singh and Imran Adil to feature in Life OK’s Shapath

In an upcoming episode of Life OK’s Shapath (Fireworks Productions), Gauri Singh (Raavi, other episodics) has been roped in to essay a pivotal role in the show. Accompanying her would be a fresh face entering the television industry, Imran Adil.

Gauri would essay the character of Ayesha, a scientist who will make a chemical which could increase the level of aggression in a human body while Imran would play her brother who will be bullied all the time.

The story will unfold such that Ayesha’s brother (essayed by Imran) will end up consuming the chemical in frustration and will turn into a hazardous monster. Ayesha will follow him around to antidote him and this will lead to a series of suspicion and questioning by the cops.

Will Ayesha be able to save her brother?

Informs a source, “The twist will come when the cops would intend to kill her brother and she will request them to let her use the antidote on him. The viewers will be amazed to watch the gripping scene where he would in turn pounce on Ayesha and kill her.”

How will the cops at Shapath solve this mystery?

Gauri refused to confirm the above development. However, she said, “Apart from the episodic characters I have essayed on television, I have worked in films such as Son of Sardaar and some Punjabi films too. I want to focus more on movies. The reason why I chose to do Shapath was because the stories and characters are out of the ordinary saas-bahu dramas we see on television today. I am very excited to shoot with the team.”
