Everest 6th December 2014 Written Episode
The Episode starts with Anjali talking the newspaper from the gate and making tea for Jagat. She smiles and takes tea for him. She greets him good morning. He asks what does she want today. She says I want to go Delhi with Maithili for one month. He asks what will you do there. Anjali says its Maithili’s marriage. Sarita smiles. Jagat asks why in Delhi. Sarita asks Anjali. Anjali says as her family is in Delhi. Jagat asks when is it. Anjali says after one month, but they are going today and asking me to come along to help, first is aid no as I was getting engaged, but it has time so I was thinking, please Papa can I go? Akash comes to the hospital and tells doctor on phone that he has done all formalities. He meets Seema Maasi and asks when did she come. Seema says you mean I should tell you to meet my sister, you did not call me to tell about her, Meera is better than you, to call me. Meera leaves.
Akash apologizes and says I did not know Shikha Maa is so serious. Seema says don’t forget you are stranger for us. Shikha Maa wakes up and smiles seeing Akash. Seema asks how is she. Shikha Maa says its good Seema came, Akash is going, I won’t feel lonely now. Akash asks her to rule over Maasi. Shikha Maa says he is going to Everest, he is chosen to make film. Akash says his bags are packed. Shikha Maa asks him to go. Akash says not now, you have to make the deal. Shikha Maa says I will be fine. Seema says we all would have been good if you were not there. The doctor asks Shikha Maa is she ready for tests before surgery. Shikha Maa asks operation duration. He says nearly 5-6 hours. She asks Akash to go.
Jagat asks Sarita did she know about this. Sarita says no, I mean yes, I knew Maithili will get married but came to know everything, Maithili did not meet me since many days. Anjali says Maithili is her best friend, she wants to go. Jagat says fine, go. Anjali thanks him. Sarita says she will get Anjali’s packing done. Akash sees Shikha Maa going for operation, while she asks him to take care. Seema asks Akash to go now. Akash says he will not go anywhere leaving Shikha Maa, no matter what anyone do. Ramesh calls Arjun and is worried as he is not taking call. Arjun drinks wine and says I m wasting your time Sir. His mentor says he does not want with wine.
Maithili comes and greets Jagat. Jagat says congrats. Maithili asks why. Jagat says for your marriage. She says marriage, mine? Sarita says would you say like this to her, she is shy. Maithili asks did I get shy? Sarita asks her to go and meet Anjali. Jagat says she is mad. Sarita says yes. Anjali and Maithili laugh. Jagat calls Anjali. Anjali says what happened to him. Anjali comes to him. Jagat asks till when will Maithili stay in Delhi. Mathili says one month atleast. He says if needs persists, Anjali will have to come back. Maithili says yes. Jagat says he feels she is more away from home. Sarita says its good, she is making me habitual, else how will I live alone after her marriage. Jagat says he is going office, and he will drop them. Anjali says Maithili’s driver will drop us to airport.
She stops him and walks to him. She touches his feet and he blesses her. Sarita looks on stunned. Anjali gets tears in her eyes and smiles Jagat cups his palm and turns to leave. Anjali asks Sarita for her blessings. Sarita says my blessings will be with you always, the way has many dangers, take care. She gives her a diary and asks her to write every day and when she comes back, she can tell everything to her Papa.
She gives a Helix Ice Axe and says its Jagat’s, he did Nanda Devi trek with this. Anjali thanks her and says I will feel Papa is with me always. Maithili says come fast now, else my marriage will be missed. They laugh. Meera asks Akash to leave. Anjali asks Maithili not to get seen by Jagat anywhere. They reach the airport. Akash waits till the operation is over. The doctor says the surgery is successful. Akash thanks him and sees Shikha Maa from the glass. Akash asks Seema to be here. Seema says she will be here as she is Shikha’s sister.
Arjun says I wanted to forget my past Kamat Sir, I did not wish anyone to know my past, now Ramesh knows and soon everyone will know. Kamat asks why did he take the assignment. Arjun says to do Everest expedition. Kamat asks does Ramesh not taking you now. Arjun says no. Kamat asks then whats the problem. Arjun says you don’t care as you don’t have anything to hide, but I do. Kamat pacifies him and says Ramesh knows it today, but you always knew it, from where you came, what you did, still this truth did not come in between your success, you earned it by your hardwork. Arjun asks how should I meet Ramesh now. Kamat says with pride, that you are best mountaineer, no one can make you apart from past and present, you should be proud, just see Everest, we can’t sacrifice future for past, make it so strong that no one turns back to see.

Anjali is glad meeting Akash. Ramesh tells Abhiyankar that Arjun is not taking his call, if no Arjun, then no Everest Expedition.
