Rana ji says You are welcome in the palace. Raaj Mata reminds him to call her Rani Gayatri Devi, he repeats as such but curtly. Seth ji says to Raaj Mata that he is handing his little daughter to her today, she must forgive her if Gayatri makes a mistake. Gayatri meets with her parents with teary eyes. Rana ji goes to stand behind Raaj Mata, listening to all the advices of Maa to Gayatri as she meets her.
Seth ji comes to take a leave from Raaj Mata, Rana ji and Bari Raani maa. Bari Raani maa says her daughter in law has such brought up that she is atleast crying in her wedding. Bari Raani maa taunts that Raaj mata didn’t even cry in her wedding. Raaj mata says she knew no one will wipe her tears if she cries. Bari Raani maa says she must just cry for once, she will wipe her tears. Raaj mata says she doesn’t cry easily. She turns to call for preparations of Gayatri’s welcome into the home. Kokilla thinks she will do such a preparation that Gayatri will never forgive.
Kokilla distributes rose petals. Kunwar ji asks why she distributing rose petals. Kokilla says these rose petals are filled with stinging needles. Gayatri must know it isnt easy to enter the royal palace with bare feet. Bari Raani maa asks Raaj Mata to illustrate Gayatri about the ritual. Raaj Mata says Rana ji will walk in front of her clearing her way with his sword, Gayatri must walk bare-footed behind him collecting all the trays but they must not clatter. If they will clatter, Rana ji’s life will be unpeaceful. Gayatri says if this ritual will bring peace in Rana ji’s life, she will do it anyway. She walks on the rose bed and feels her feet getting injured, still she fulfils the ritual. Kokilla awaits Gayatri fell down. Gayatri loses her balance. Bari Raani maa says her feet must not get astray, this is the tradition and a belief of a wife as well. Gayatri thinks she will complete it anyway and moves on. She comes to pick the next tray. Swarnlekha appreciates that Gayatri has picked all the trays without any clatter, she will for sure being peace in Rana ji’s life. Bari Raani Maa asks Gayatri to take these trays to the temple and pray.
Gayatri steps towards the temple, her blood stained feet leave mark on feet. Kokilla says this is again a bad omen. Raaj Mata says this stain is just like the Lakshmi’s stain, what can be better than this? Gayatri smiles, Raaj mata asks how Gayatri was hurt. Gayatri was silent, then says there might be pricking needles in the rose bed. Raaj Mata asks didn’t anyone check the floor before spreading the flower. Gayatri says may be she must have got pricked outside in the lawn. Kokilla says Gayatri is right. Raaj Mata asks Gayatri to go inside. Gayatri faints at once, Kunwar ji holds her and says she is the princess of Amirkot and he has to help her at each step. Rana ji comes to front, says that his Raani is his responsibility and he knows how to take care of his responsibility. He picks Gayatri in his arms, shocking Bari Raani maa and Kokilla. Rana ji helps Gayatri sit on the sofa. He comes towards her feet and asks for it. She denies but he keeps her feet up on the armrest and pulls the needles telling her that it will cause pain. She holds her hand tight as he pulls it out, shutting her eyes. The royal servants bring water baths, both watch each other’s face into the water before Rana ji washes Gayatri’s feet into it. Gayatri thinks that she now believes that he must have done a mistake, he didn’t let her walk in pain and loves her; then why won’t be put in sindoor?

PRECAP: Rana ji speaks to Surakshna’s photo that he will never put in Sindoor and Gayatri will always remain an incomplete bride. Raaj Mata can make her the princess of Amirkot but not his wife. Gayatri was waiting for Rana ji in her room.
