Scene 1
Kamla and vitthal are going home. they recall the accusations of Dheeraj. When dheeraj said tis man sent his wife here so they can blackmail suhana. Vitthla says we met our kalpi yet we didn’t. the one we have been looking for days, the one without whom our life is incomplete. kamla says that’s paranoid. But I am happy she is fine. she will get her memory back and will come running to us. Vitthal says you trust has won everytime. its kalpi’s wedding tomorrow, we don’t have much time. kamla says don’t worry we should be happy that suhana dewan is kalpana yadav.
Aryan comes to suhaana she is crying. Aryan says stop crying please. Masi maa had some misunderstanding. suhana says on my wedding maasi maa won’t be with me. Arayn says after so much the family won’t allow her. Do you want her to come? Suhana says there is something that compels me to her. I feel incomplete without her. when she calls me kalpi I feel like I have been hearing this name since forever. Aryan says you are feeling so because you are trying to recall your memory. Suhana says there must be some reason. Aryan says don’t worry everything will be fine. Suhana sya ryan maasi maa can’t lie. Aryan says suhana look at me don’t worry. I know you can’t live without maasi maa. she can’t live without you either. I will take you to her. He hugs her.
Scene 2
Vitthal and kamla come to chowl and start shouting pakiya’s name. vitthla says come down. He tells him that suhana dewan is our kalpi. Kamla says do you remember that suhana made the tea like kalpi. She is kalpi not suhana. Pakiya says our kapi? pakiya is in tears. Everyone is shocked. Manda says kalpi is alive. I knew nothing will happen to her. Vitthal says who doesn’t love kalpi. its just because of your prayers that she is alive. manda says where is she? why didn’t you bring her. kamla says she has lost her memory but I believe that she will come home soon. They sing the theme song.
Suhana’s mehndi is ongoing. Everyone is enjoying. Suhana looks upset. Aryan is dancing with the girls. He brings suhana on the floor. She isn’t enjoying she goes back, Sanjay comes to her and asks whats wrong?
Suhana says I have to meet maasi maa. Kavita says forget her suhana its your wedding tomorrow move on. suhana says I can’t I don’t know why. Sanjay says its wedding tomorrow suhan after that you and me will go to her. Aryan says in heart I know suhana can’t live without maasi maa. I have to unite them.
Scene 3
kamla says to vitthal Kalpi is about to get wed. we have to stop this wedding. its her second wedding which is wrong. she is married to Raghav already. pakiya comes and says baba I can’t find auto there is a strike I guess. Nettu comes to the chowl. Manda says to nettu what are you doing here? Neetu says will you come back on work? Manda says didn’t you hear kalpi is alive and fine. Kamla and vitthal are going to take bring kalpi. nettu says I will drop you. vitthal says we don’t need your aid. Nettu says I have alwys been bad to you kamla. Vitthal says so yeah don’t care anymore we will go our self.
Aryan says I forgot my pajama I am going to take it from the shop. sanjay says go bring it hurry up. Aryan says I have to do something for suhana.
A car comes and hits a man. vitthal and kalpi help him and take him with them.
Scene 4
suhana is getting ready. She recalls herself in a bridal dress. She says in heart why I feel like I have been someone’s bride before. kamla and vitthal take the man to a house. Kamla sees a guy there facing the wall and says here is your dad. The old man says he isn’t my son. I found him near stream. He keeps missing a girl kalpana. I guess he met an accident. kamla touches his shoulder and he turns to her. Its Raghav. Kamla says Raghav baba, Raghav says kamla maa. kamla says why didn’t you come to us? He says could I face you? I couldn’t save kalpi. Kamla says kalpi is alive Raghav. Raghav is dazed. kamla says yes that’s the truth your love, our kalpi is alive. She has lost her memory. Today is her wedding. Kamla tells him everything. Raaghav is in tears. Vitthal comes forward and hugs him.
Precap-suhana calls Kamla and asks where are you massi maa? kamla says I am coming.

May 12, 21:2221. Riya rushes away from the house, without knowing that Gaurie and Kalpana have followed her. She gets to the slum, and runs to her adopted mother sobbing. She asks her adopted mother to tell her the truth about her birth. the woman says she is not Riya’s biological mother, even though she raised her like her own child. She says Riya’s mum was ill & injured when she was rushed to the hospital from the ashram. She was also suffering a memory loss. But she went into premature labour and gave birth to Riya. The retired nurse tells Riya that she has no doubt that her birth mother loved her, because she cared enough to beg a stranger to look after her baby. But maybe she did not come back, because of the memory loss.
22. Kalpi and Gaurie come into the room without Riya’s notice and Gaurie says that what Riya’s adopted mother said is the truth. Gaurie hugs Riya’s mum and thanks her for looking after her daughter for many years. Both of them have a tearful reunion. Gauri invites Riya and her adopted mum to come and live with her. Riya declines and keeps her distance from Gauri. Gauri gets emotional as Riya refuses to hug her, and cries. Riya’s adopted mum asks her to give it time.
23. Prem and Riya fall more in love with each passing day. Prem gets a temporary job at Riya’s university. One day, Riya’s adopted mum falls ill and she is rushed to the hospital. Riya is notified at school and she calls Prem for help. Both of them meet at the hospital. The cost of treatment is quite high, and both of them do not have the money. Riya calls Kalpi for a loan. Kalpi explains to Gauri and Raghav, and all of them rush to the hospital. Raghav is briefed about how Gauri discovered Riya’s true identity. Raghav is excited and looking forward to meeting her. At the hospital Raghav goes to pay the bill, while Gauri and Kalpana rush to meet Riya. Both of them are shocked to see Prem holding Riya, in a warm embrace. Gauri pulls her away from Prem and questions her relationship with Prem.
24. Raghav gets to the hospital ward and sees Gauri and Riya arguing over Prem. Riya says she is in love with Prem and nothing can separate them. Raghav says Riya will never marry Prem. Riya says she does not consider them to be her family, but sees them as strangers who have loaned her money to take care of her adopted mum. She promises to pay it back with interest.
25. Sammy is in a dilemma. He has fallen in love with Pakhi but cannot tell if Pakhi feels the same way. Pakhi is released from detention, and has nowhere to go. Sammy persuades her to reconcile with Kamla and ask for forgiveness. Pakhi is overcome by remorse and attempts suicide, as she is convinced that nobody wants her. Sammy rescues her in time and takes her to stay with his cousin. Sammy is now confused about how to tell Raghav that he has fallen for Pakhi.
……Now the story is will Riya finally accept Raghav and Gauri as her family? Will Prem be allowed to marry Riya? Will Neetu take advantage of the situation? Will Sammy and Raghav’s friendship be broken, because of the feelings Sammy has for Pakhi?

May 12, 20:55@Paige S, I really loved your analysis. The show went off track at the point when they allowed Pakhi to seduce Raghav. but they could still have salvaged it, after the car went off the cliff with Kalpi and Raghav in it by doing the following;
1). Gauri (Raghav’s mum) is overcome by grief at her son’s death, and gets Pakhi arrested for the abduction of Kalpi & herself. Part of the charges also include the fact that Pakhi drove Raghav to his death.
2). The police rescue Raghav & Kalpi from the wreckage, but in the hospital both of them get separated. Kalpi remains in a coma, but Raghav recovers and spends endless days at her bedside. He flies in specialists but her condition remains critical. He then agrees for her to be treated abroad.
3). With Kalpi out of the way, Raghav tries to focus again on his business. He files for divorce from Pakhi. Unfortunately, he gets arrested by police for backlog of taxes, unpaid loans, financial irregularities & scams that were said to have been done under the name of Singhania Industries which was owned by his late father, but which Sahil Kapoor took under his control.
4). During the court proceedings, it is established that Sahil fraudulently acquired a power of attorney over Raghav’s father’s company which he used to execute the illegal financial deals. But Sahil boasts to Raghav that he will get away with it, the same way he took away the company from Raghav’s father. Raghav is incensed and vows to kill Sahil.
5). But Kamla stops him and asks him to leave vengeance to God. Instead of killing Sahil, she encourages him to ask God to execute justice for him, and judge Sahil for his crimes. At the next court hearing, there is evidence to show that at the time the taxes, unpaid loans were incurred, Raghav was NOT in control of the company, as he was in America then. During the trial some of the evil men Sahil used to get rid of Raghav’s father and perpetrate the illegal financial transactions, testify against Sahil and implicate him.
6). Neetu is given a room to live in at another slum, but she runs back to Kamla to beg her to let her live with them after Vittal threw her out. At the final hearing of the case, the judge sentences Sahil to prison for his crimes, and acquits Raghav of all charges. The judge also orders that Sahil’s company, Kapoor Construction should be sold as a penalty to offset the backlog of taxes that were incurred on Raghav’s late father’s company. Sahil collapses in the dock, and has a stroke on hearing the news. He is rushed to hospital. It is discovered that he is paralysed from the chest down and would be bedridden for life.
7). Sammy who has been supporting Raghav, also visits Pakhi in the cell where she has been detained, following Gaurie’s complaint. Sammy’s visits become constant and he ends up falling for Pakhi.
8). Gaurie who has fully regained her memory, now remembers she was pregnant when she ran from Sahil’s men over 20 years ago. She was injured and taken to an ashram by Kamla and Vittal. After their departure, she went into labour and a girl was born prematurely. She remembers telling the nurse that the girl should be named Riya. Gauri then sets off trying to trace the hospital where she gave birth 20 years ago. She asks Kamla for help.
9). Riya the girl who Gauri gave birth to, is now a medical student on scholarship at a big university. The nurse had raised her as her own child. Riya however lives in the slum with her adopted mum, who is a retired nurse. One night, she is on her way home and about to be attacked by thugs when Prem shows up to rescue her, not knowing who she is. Prem has been rejected by his rich friends who he thought would accommodate him, after he and his family were ejected from the Kapoor house. Riya out of gratitude takes him home, and introduces him to her adopted mum. They strike up a friendship, and Riya introduces him to her friends brother, who offers Prem a place to stay.
10). One day, govt officials along with a private developer decide to tear down the slum in order to build a high-rise project for the rich. Everyone comes out to protest, and this time Prem leads the protest which is a different stance from his earlier attitude, when he wanted to pull down the building where the Yadhav’s lived. The protest turns bloody and Prem is badly injured and taken to hospital.
11). Kalpana flies back into the country after she makes a full recovery. She gets married to Raghav and they move to his flat, after she refuses to live in the Kapoor house which Raghav had taken over. News of the protest attracts an international donor agency, which then decides to build alternative accommodation for people in the slum. Kalpana gets interested in the whole issue, and applies for a job at the donor agency. On a field trip to conduct a survey of the slum dwellers, she meets Riya and her adopted mother and becomes friends with them. Meanwhile, Riya has been visiting Prem in hospital and both of them have fallen in love. Prem’s condition does not improve, and Neetu is informed. When his condition becomes critical, Neetu and Sahil are informed.
12). The donor agency decides to asks wealthy companies to donate funds to the rehabilitation project, and Kalpana asks Raghav to be a donor, which he agrees. As the project continues, Kalpana’s expatriate boss at the agency resigns, and Kalpana is appointed to head the agency. She is given official accommodation and a car. Her parents are excited and happy. She is also able to get her brother a temporary job.
13). On her way home on day, Kalpana sees Riya and offers her a lift. Riya is on the way to the hospital to see Prem. Kalpi accompanies her, but does not realise that the patient Riya is visiting is Prem. As they arrive, Prem’s condition takes a turn for the worse, as his internal injuries worsen. the doctors starts searching for blood to revive him, so they can operate. Riya gets frantic. Sahil is given permission to visit Prem in a wheelchair, but even though he has the same blood type with Prem, he cannot donate blood to him, as he suffers from high blood pressure. Riya asks Kalpi for help. Kalpi gets tested but her blood group does not match. Neetu gets frantic and calls Kamla. Kamla & her family gets there. Vittal & Pakia (Kalpi’s brother) are tested, but they are not a match.
14). Raghav calls Kalpi to find out where she is. The phone keeps ringing without her picking it up. Then he tries Kamla. Same thing happens. He tries Kalpi’s number again, but Riya picks it up and says she is in the hospital and gives the name of the hospital. Raghav rushes out, followed by his mum. He gets to the hospital and is informed of the whole situation. Kalpi convinces him to get tested. And it is discovered that Raghav’s blood type matches Prem. But he then gets into a dilemma of whether to donate blood to Prem or not, as he remembers how Sahil killed his father and attempted to kill his mum.
15). The doctor rushes out to inform the Kamla’s family, Riya, Neetu & Sahil that Raghav’s blood matches Prem, but Raghav has not consented to donate blood. Neetu rushes to Raghav and falls at his feet begging him to save the life of her only son. Sahil too appeals for help. Raghav gives them a piece of his mind and tells them how Sahil killed his father and all the troubles he caused. He lets them know how ironic it is that they are begging for his help today, when they were the ones who robbed him of happiness years ago.
16). Kalpana appeals to Raghav and says she understands his pain, but he should try and help for humanity’s sake. Raghav donates 2 pints of blood and becomes very weak. The doctor says that Prem still needs an extra pint but cannot ask Raghav to donate more. Neetu refuses and starts begging Raghav again to donate. She gets hysterical & stops Raghav from getting off the hospital bed. Gauri slaps her and asks her if she wants Raghav to die, as he is unfit to donate another pint. Kamla comes in and recalls that she once donated blood to Raghav in the past, so her blood would likely match Prem’s own, as she was a match for Raghav who had just donated blood to Prem. Tests are done and Kamla is confirmed to be a match for Raghav. Prem recovers and the Kapoors are grateful.
17. Riya tells her adopted mother that she likes Prem & would like to marry him. But Prem lacks a job and a source of income. The people of the slum where Riya lives, some to hospital to visit Prem and tell him about the new changes in their community. They also brief him about the international agency that is building new homes to resettle them. They ask Prem to be their spokesman, once he gets out of hospital. He agrees.
18. Prem who is now fully recovered leads a delegation of the slum dwellers to the international agency’s office. He is shocked to discover that Kalapana is the boss. He turns back out of shame. The slum dwellers are surprised. Riya runs after him and after much pestering, he tells Riya the whole story of his family’s interaction with Kalpana’s family. The Kapoors have fallen from grace, while the Yadhavs have made progress.
19. Pakia (Kalpi’s brother) gets some good news. He entered for a competition, and the software he designed has won forst prize and gotten the attention of a large industrial company. The company offers to pay him some money for it. He tells Raghav about it, but Raghav thinks the money is too low. He offers to negotiate on Pakia’s behalf. He gets Pakia a better deal, and also a job with the same company. Gauri continues her search for her daughter, and finally locates the hsopital and the ashram but is unable to get adequate information about the nurse she handed her daughter to, for care.
20. Riya goes shopping one day, and stops by Kalpana’s office. Riya is wearing an antique locket on a chain which is quite beautiful. Gaurie calls Kalpi on the phone and asks her to get something for her. Kalpi gets in her car and offers Riya a lift. But she tells Riya that she needs to stop by the Kapoor house to see Gaurie and Riya should come with her. They both enter the house and Kalpi introduces her. Gaurie spots the locket and turns pale. She asks Riya where she got it from. Riya says it was given to her at birth, but she has not been able to open it as the latch cant be released. Gaurie collects it and rubs the side. The locket springs open to reveal a picture of Gaurie and Raghav’s father. Riya and Gaurie stare at each other in shock, and Gaurie acknowledges Riya as her daughter. Riya refuses to believe it and runs from the house.

September 12, 10:03The first thing I did when I read that EMA is going to end is post it here. Usually if a show ends it doesn’t bother me but this made me happy. Sweet revenge lol. You’re celebrating like its a new year. I can imagine the happiness 😀 .

September 12, 08:51I’m not watching even this final episode because the chemistry is between Ashish and Rachna, not that new girl. So there is nothing to be happy about them putting aashish in the last episode. I would only come on this site to do the countdown to EMA coming off the air. But as Mahi said it is still silly even now. If that new Kapli is getting married….you will see Raghav and Kamla and everyone turning up at the wedding. Suddenly Kapli remembers everything and then the groom gives her up to Raghav amidst tears and tears flowing from everyone. This is the same foolishness in india and bollywood no matter where you turn. I don’t know which century these EMA people are from. This is so bland and predictable. Do you honestly expect a sizzling finale??? EMA creators can’t think. Just look at what they decided to turn Kapli’s dream of making it big with ” a lousy slum restaurant”. Really???? This is how you think??? And no one was fired for this stupid story? But you want to take off the actress, right??? Tsk- tsk!!
Given the mess EMA has become and now that it’s conclusion is here…this is how EMA should have gone down: forget the story. You have no story. Just show a final episode of the unthinkable. Show aashish and Rachna getting married. Of course, you forget the new face Kapli and the story. We are not talking story anymore. We are talking pleasing fans. So you show the fans Ashish and Rachna getting married and the fans will fill in the details and in their minds end the story between Raghav and Kapli beautifully even when EMA creators failed. In other words what the makers should have done is give the viewers what you took away from them since 9 th May. We don’t care about following your story for really you have none. And we weren’t following EMA for its story. We were following it for aashish and Rachna, the original Ragna. Just show the original RAGNA getting married and that will be a coup-de-grace for us.
But even to this EMA can’t do.

TO EMA guys…remember I wrote on this very comment box to “watch this space..” that I was going to PRAY that EMA comes off the air? Well, my God is good. He heard my prayers and you cannot possibly imagine my smiles and joy at learning that EMA was axed! My gosh…never have I been so happy!!! Serves you right, EMA. You had a beautiful story going between Ashish and Rachna and then you raw-deal them both by sidelining both and focusing on irrelevant actors, not particularly central to the story. You killed the show and the life of the show just to centre the story on actors you favour. (you obviously know nothing about making serials). Perhaps you are good at cornflakes but not films!!!! 😀 😀 😀 Then you turned around and booted Rachna who was one half of the success formula that drew the audience (Ashish being the other half).
EMA, you guys were totally disrespectful to the fans and you had your minions like that Pandaweep lady and actors like Mohit and Shilpa and Shrini, bashing viewers too. You failed to understand that your audience is intelligent and will not accept the nonsense you presented. Your secondary actors told the audience to “switch if they don’t like EMA” when the audience wanted RAGNA. Secondary actors got jealous and bashed the fans because we wanted RAGNA. They claimed that they are the reason EMA was doing well for the moment. They failed to credit Ashish and Rachna for the success of EMA and well, with both of the latter two out of the show, the show was axed. So tell me, if Rachna was bad for the show and something was wrong with her acting as you claimed (but really you were lying), why did the show rating dropped to the point of being axed? The best decision was Ashsish leaving with Rachna! Very good.
You guys at EMA know nothing about making a successful serial. You had an entire crew and so-called actors and yet without Ashish and Rachna, the show failed. You guys at EMA just didn’t get it. You were disrespectful to the fans. You failed to listen to them. You set up people to bash the fans and you shove nonsense down the throats of the fans. You lied to the fans about the story and with false promos, and presented a theme of “revenge” that never really existed. As a matter of fact the makers of EMA lied throughout to the fans about what EMA was all about. The list of your sins towards the fans is long.Very long! A successful show depends on the chemistry like that of Ashish and Rachna and a VERY GOOD, LOGICAL AND WELL DEVELOPED storyline that makes SENSE. Nothing in EMA made sense. (Have to give you credit for a beautiful love story between RAGNA, though). But I can’t explain the short-circuit in the writers’ brains that killed that love-story without just cause or reason. It puzzles me as to what happened. Ashish and Rachna were your crowd drawers and they had a lovely story and you killed it! It leaves me to conclude that jealousy was the destructive factor. Jealousy among some people on the set and then writers who can’t write to accomodate the jealousy and the nepotism and selfish interests that played out on the set.
And even to the end you still can’t please the viewers. You think pleasing the audience on your deathbed will salvage you? It won’t. You see, you guys at EMA still don’t get it even though your ship has sunk. The chemistry is between Ashish and Rachna. The original RAGNA. THe audience associated two specific faces to EMA: Ashish as Raghav and Rachna as Kalpi. You won’t make anyone happy by marrying Raghav (ashish) to another woman. A free tip for the writers: you please the audience by honouring what the fans associate things with. One word “Association”. The audience associated two faces with the story. You can’t pair two different faces and expect to get the same results. And then I read you guys didn’t have the decency to have Sammy in the final episode. This shows poor story telling. Sammy was there for Raghav throughout the show and…gosh…these pathetic EMA people!!! No thoughtfulness or consideration, I tell you! I could write pages and pages of where EMA went wrong and how pathetic it had become. You gave Kalpi a complete makeover in two days, while Raghav escape a crash and explosion unscathed!!! How? How? How? Only in India or Bollywood, as they say!!! Stupid cows!
Well, there is merry-making now. You guys threw a party some months back for “success”, well we are throwing the biggest party ever for the DEATH of EMA! The fans got the last laugh. The fans got the revenge in this story!!! This is revenge!!! EMA = Ashish and Rachna. Take out these two and death comes. And it did come!
HOOORRRAAAAYYYYYY EMA IS OFF THE AIR!!! EMA is off the air! EMA is off the air!!!1 Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!
All the best Ashish (Raghav), Rachna (Kalpi) and Inshaan (Sammy). I will take a peek at how you guys are in your new shows and films. I’m still not a fan of Indian serials, but I will check up you guys every once in while. But I would love to see Ashish and Rachna work together again in another serial, in the same way Shah-rukh and Kajol worked in films.
