The episode begins with Ramji leaving, Jijabai sobs and Rama consoles her. Ramji is angry and mad at Bhim Rao’s decision; the tensions are messing with his mind. Lakshmi agrees. The sons leave. Karuna has no empathy for Jijabai, but she cannot see her cry for Ramji like this so will pray that no harm touches her.
Bhim Rao comes to Ramji saying that he shouldn’t have said so and must not make everyone injured in this battle. Ramji cares enough, wants Bhim Rao to go abroad. Bhim Rao accepts Ramji has the right to dream, everyone is supporting his battles, but they must accept the outcome whatever it may be.
Bala wonders how to earn money if Vaijnath men keep stopping them. Anand is just joining everyone but thinks that Bhim Rao has studied enough to secure a high earning job. Bhim Rao should have taken the job at palace, but Ramji has put an unachievable condition of sending him abroad. Bala tells Anand why they never achieved anything great in life. Their parents enforced education on them but they both gave up, started working or different things but Bhim Rao remained subtle. His steadiness has opened a path for him to travel abroad. Daliya, Phuliya, Shoba and Maloji come to Bala and Anand with a solution to earn money. Bala thinks that it is a big decision. Maloji thinks that big dreams require big decisions.
Next morning, Vaijnath and his men wonder why chawl member haven’t come out searching for job. Shishupal thinks that they have learned their lesson. Vaipal loves it, now they can rest and celebrate. Janardan informs Vaijnath none of Bhim Rao’s supporters are in the chawl, only Bhim Rao and Meera are here in chawl.
Meera informs Bhim Rao that everyone went to different cities to earn money. Bhim Rao wonders why Rama left unannounced. Meera told that everyone tried to stop her, but she refused, wanted to have her part, and shared in sending Bhim Rao abroad. Bhim Rao question. Jijabai taunts him for resting while everyone suffers for him, whether he goes to the palace or abroad it would be from others’ effort. Joku taunts him for living on other people’s food. Meera stops him, everyone goes because they love Bhim Rao. He leaves to find work, will struggle to earn like everyone else. He will try to work up to everyone else’s effort. Jijabai taunts because her ill husband is working for him. She questions Meera for not stopping Ramji. Meera asks her to rest alone at home for the next 5 days. Meera leaves the chawl. Janardan return.
Bala sets up a tent while Ramji asks everyone to place their stuff, they will live in this tent for the next five days. They will find work in the morning and return back at night. Ramji asks Bala to open a shoe shop here for the next five days, doing that he can guard the luggage as well.
Vaijnath meets his cast members, they never thought that the lower caste would outsmart them, they left at night to find work. Shishupal sees Bhim Rao coming from other way, they stop him. Vaijnath forbids Bhim Rao from stepping forward to find work. Bhim Rao defies, he does not care about his life in front of the people who left their homes to earn for him. He reminds that his people are willing to do everything for them, will not leave Vaijnath if he harms him. Bhim Rao leaves. Shishupal questions Vaijanth for letting Bhim Rao go. He couldn’t have attacked him now, but killing his people is an easier task for now. Bhim Rao needs to be kept alive to make him witness the death of his supporters. The cast members agree.
Rama searches for work, she begs a man to offer her work. The man was not open for appointment, asks Rama to leave.
Ramji asks a man to get him a job, he needs money to send his son abroad. The man tells that his Sethji doesn’t offer work to people like him.
Bhim Rao asks a man to offer him job, he needs money to go abroad. The man questions since he knows Bhim Rao. He requests the man. The man taunts, no one will offer Bhim Rao work here.
