In this episode Joshi smiled as he read the letter, praised Bhim Rao for his wise choice. It would benefit Ramji, save his pension and him from jail. Hitesh asked Joshi to read loudly. He read that Bhim Rao has taken an oath to never attend college. Ramji snatched that paper from Joshi’s hands, said that till his death Bhim Rao will never take such oath. Ramji tore the paper. Joshi questioned Ramji’s arrest. Puranjan replied that Ramji accepted his mistake and voluntarily let go of his pension. Jijabai questioned. Ramji would do anything for Bhim Rao’s education. Joshi taunted their sense of thinking, asked if Ramji was out of mind. Ramji mocked Joshi, said that Bhim Rao was so lethargic that he has always put Joshi on some work. Bhim Rao asked Ramji not to worry about his education. Ramji refused to listen. Joshi left in anger. Officer asked Bhim Rao to sweep the floor. Ramji asked him to come home. Bhim Rao refused, he wanted to work. Rama and Anand questioned. Mangesh tried to convince him. Bhim Rao had no choice because they lost Ramji’s pension as well. Ramji left. Rama was in tears. Hitesh and other people taunted Bhim Rao for being selfish. Officer handed Bhim Rao his appointment letter. Bhim Rao started sweeping the floor. Hitesh clapped for him. Everyone left.

Joshi questioned policeman how Ramji was released. Ramji was visited by a friend, next morning the policeman was ordered to release him. Joshi claimed that Ramji was out of his mind. He waited to play this game with him.

Jijabai and Lakshmi questioned Ramji and his decision. Asked if Bhim Rao’s education was of any use. Meera asked Jijabai to stop discussing Bhim Rao. Ramji asked everyone to leave. Jijabai where they must go, there wasn’t any money to buy grocery and Lakshmi’s medicine. Ramji said that there standing here wouldn’t help. Lakshmi replied that no good had ever come out from helping Bhim Rao. Anand asked her to stop. Rama accepted that Bhim Rao was at fault but asked not to tell him anything. Anand asked Rama to step back in his portion of the house. Ramji said that Bhim Rao and Rama’s separation was a curse on them. Ramji accepted that Bhim Rao didn’t do justice.

Sitting alone on footpath Bhim Rao felt apologetic for Ramji and Rama.

Rama sat in a corner and cried; she would never forgive Bhim Rao.

Bhim Rao came home, Ramji ignored his call. Anand complaint about Bhim Rao holding broom in his hand. Jijabai questioned how Bhimabai would feel knowing that Bhim Rao ruined his father’s future.

Bhim Rao sat beside Rama. Asked her not to think of him same as everyone else. Rama asked what he wanted to eat. Bhim Rao wasn’t happy with his job, it was a necessity he was trying to fulfil. A lot have suffered for Bhim Rao. Promised to find a way to complete his education. Rama went to cook meal. Bhim Rao requested her not to ignore him. He stopped her. Rama said that it will take time to prepare the meal. Rama asked her not to talk to her in case he chose to work as a sweeper. Bhim Rao wouldn’t stop his work. He also had to find 20 working children who didn’t want to work. Rama was asked to join him if she willed. Bhim Rao left saying that he wasn’t hungry.
