In this episode Bhim Rao questioned Rama. She left, had to find work. Meera sent Lakshmi after her. Ramji asked Bhim Rao to understand and do what was right, if Rama has to win, she will. Bhim Rao left.

Lakshmi tried to talk to Rama. Rama was keen on her decision. Lakshmi said that she didn’t speak to him right. Rama said that she cannot always oblige with her husband, it was her responsibility to bring him out of his lowest. Rama left asking Lakshmi to join her if she wanted to.

Bala came to Lakshmi. He came to know about Anand’s failing health. He had a solution on how to arrange money for Anand’s treatment. Lakshmi asked. Bala told that he and his wife were going abroad on a contract for 5 years. If Lakshmi wills, they can bring Anand with them, they will earn there and have his treatment done. Lakshmi wondered because they would have to will away from the family. Bala asked her to think, not tell anyone else about it. He left afterwards.

Jijabai asked Ramji to clean his hands so that she may serve food. Ramji questioned. The children left without eating, Anand is sick, Lakshmi went after Rama. He as their father can not eat. Jijabai asked him not to eat, but Anand cannot be treated while everyone is worried about Bhim Rao. Lakshmi thought about Bala’s offer. She agreed to be a contract laborer to ease things for everyone. Bhabi taunted Ramji, all his children were indulged in some issues. Bhim Rao lost all his hopes as well. They must think a way to convince Rama.
Bhim Rao thought about Rama. He asked Lawyer for an early leave.

Rama was coughing. A woman came asking for her health. She offered Rama water.

Lawyer questioned Bhim Rao. He can not talk Rama out of it. She was his wife, will not let go until Bhim Rao do what she said. Bhim Rao has done all he could to make the teacher teach him. Things were out of his hands now.

Rama was grateful for the woman but refused to take the water.

Lawyer agreed with Ramji and Rama. Bhim Rao asked for a solution. Lawyer said that Bhim Rao must know a way on how to pop fear in the culprit. Bhim Rao said that the teachers would only fear their job. Lawyer said what if everyone got to know that the only college in Bombay wasn’t teaching his students. Lawyer had a solution. He wrote a name of a very renowned lawyer. The lawyer told that he laid of the foundation of half of Bombay, its operations and working. He knowns a newspaper, The Bombay Chronicle’s. It might help Bhim Rao. He wanted to approach him.
Rama struggled to golf herself together, after a while she fainted.

The lawyer and Bhim Rao went to The Bombay Chronicle’s office. The assistant their asked how he could help them. Bhim Rao told him about his college and how the teachers there refrain to teach him. Bhim Rao wanted his teacher to teach him. For that purpose, he wanted to meet Sir Mehta. The assistant told that Sir Mehta decides what is posted in the paper. He was a busy man, can not be approached easily. Bhim Rao requested the assistant to talk to Sir Mehta about it. He, being a humanitarian would surely understand the cause. The man assured that he will try his best.
Bala was with the chawl members, they found few other men for the contract. They crossed paths with Bhim Rao and Lawyer. Bala asked men not to tell Bhim Rao anything. Bhim Rao wondered why Bala was with those men. Others informed Bala about Rama’s decisions to starve, they decided not to talk to Bhim Rao. They left. Bala stopped, asked Bhim Rao to feed Rama something. He must not starve Rama. Bhim Rao said that he will pretend not to care or listen to him like he doesn’t listen to Bhim Rao.

Lakshmi found Rama; she brought her home. Meera and Lakshmi woke her up. They offered her water, but she refused to drink it. Bhim Rao came, he questioned Rama. Lakshmi said that she fainted. Bhim Rao asked her not to be stubborn. The lawyer told that they tried their best. Jijabai asked him to give results. Tell if the teachers started teaching or not. Bhim Rao said that they tried their best, results will take time. Rama understood Bhim Rao, but her words mattered as well. She apologized, but will not listen to Bhim Rao until the results come out in Bhim Rao’s favor. Until then she will not eat or drink anything.
